Assam loved this spot in front of the heater because it gave her lots of warmth and let her see into the bedroom as well as the entire kitchen. Assam was very happy in Yubari, despite her disfiguring jaw tumor that claimed her life.
Assam clearly wanted to rest on the pillows in the kitchen but Nobuo got there first, so Assam contented herself with a well-placed sunbeam, in July of 2016.
