My first attempt at really slow shutter speed, trying to show the movement in this Gulls wings .. :-)
The Autumnal colours are always beautiful but the dark mornings are harsh. Any ideas how to make them better?
After a lull from falling snow and as forecast calls for more snow...the wait continues as when will the next snowflake arrive...will it be a storm or something to frolic around...

This was on the day a storm was playing out trying too hide from a wave that had just crashed against the sea wall,and the wind blowing the fine like rain over us,the umbrella trying it’s best too save us,god bless the umbrella it failed,anyway back to the picture,let me know what your opinion is on the colour I have chosen.

The windfall apples quickly vanish after the first snow as the birds swiftly devour the softening fruit. We have a store of damaged fruit to feed to our feathered friends additionally.
Along willow-lined streams in Alaska in summer, the song of the Arctic Warbler is unmistakable: a slow trill, with an insistent or hammering sound. When the bird hops into view among the branches, it is less distinctive, plain olive and whitish with a pale eyebrow. In fall, the Arctic Warbler crosses the Bering Strait and migrates south in Asia. per Audubon
