My first portrait shoot of 2019 had me learning how to make the most of lighting in small spaces with the undisputed Master of Gels, Jake Hicks.
This was my third time at one of Jake’s workshops and each one has proven to be full of valuable insight and given me lots of ideas to experiment with in the future.
Highly recommended for those who are interested in learning more about portrait photography, studio lighting and the secrets behind Jake’s signature coloured gel looks.

With over ten months since my last portrait shoot I've decided to dive into the archives and surface some old shots before I completely forget how to use Lightroom & Photoshop...

I'm really hoping I actually get to leave my apartment, see people and use my camera in 2021.
