Aged stands of trees battered by time captured my eye with their intricate bare branches and strong vertical trunks forming patterns against the sky. Perspective counts here and adds a feel of towering heights. B&W keeps things simple without color's interruption and distraction. This is a simple story of endurance against the odds of nature.

When something drains the life out of you then you need to reevaluate. When something doesn't drains the life out of you it drains your creativity and happiness. We all need to focus more on the things that feed our soul 💞

Lately I've been missing out on all of your posts here and having creative time 😔 but that should all change soon because I graduate in a month, a MONTH!! To say I'm beyond excited is an understatement. This weekend though I plan to take a little break and do a shoot! 📷 .

Blue hour portrait of the lovely Mt. Hohenrechberg (707,9 m) with the pilgrimage church St. Maria on top. In the foreground you can see Schwäbisch Gmünd. The bigger building at the lower left belongs to the University of Applied Sciences (Hochschule für Gestaltung Schwäbisch Gmünd, HfG). Was a fun evening to shoot with Desi, Nicky and Patrick - thanks folks!
