Feel the Sound is a new multi-sensory exhibition at the Barbican Centre, from 22 May to 31 August 2025. It redefines how we perceive sound, exploring its power to evoke emotion, trigger memory, and create physical sensation through immersive, interactive installations.

Next step in making a sun print was to bring the paper with the plants on it and the glass on top of that outside to be in the sun for about 5 minutes (until the paper turned white).

 

Montague is determined not to let any animal or child disturb the sun prints.

The powdered pigment has to be ground with a muller, and then have a medium added to it in order to make oil paint. Artists oil paint that you can buy today in tubes is pre-mixed - usually with linseed or another oil.
