The combat life saver lane was part of the brigade commander and command sergeant major's quarterly tactical physical training event. Battalion and company command teams maneuvered through physically demanding lanes requiring them to perform various Soldier tasks. The competition emphasized the importance of teamwork in order to reach the finish line. The first team across the finish line earned bragging rights for winning this quarter's competition. It pays to be a winner.
