combined Arduino Uno, Ethernet Shield, COMedia C328-7640, home-made IR LED light and radio-shack radio controlled Nissan GT-R to insert between floor and ceiling to gather intelligence on the alleged mouse situation

 

oh, and just for over-kill, I used a junk AT power supply, 12V to Car+Light, 5V to the rest
