Our first arcade game was this Gauntlet unit. It's not as big as the drum machine, but it doesn't have casters, so it's harder to move.

I Claw Taiwan, arcade games at the Bayfront Event Space, Marina Bay during GastroBeats 2025, the People's Festival.
Dazzling lights and sound effects bring this cool Simpsons amusement game to life at the Dave & Busters arcade in the Stonebriar Mall, Frisco, Texas.
While not part of The Simpsons movie Kwik-E-Mart promotion, I thought I'd also show these pictures in this photo set. I ran across this coin-fueled arcade game at the Dave & Busters in the Dallas - Fort Worth, Texas area. You put the coins into the slot, aim the coin, and depending where it falls in the "pinball" type of machine, you get points.
You put your head up to this periscope thing so it looked like you were in a tank. If you were a kid in the 80s it was really cool (especially with the radar)!
I forgot I took these photos back when I went out to Greensburg of this used gaming store in town called Warp Zone. It feels like they have anything you could imagine and lots of these Arcade1Up cabinets you can play. If you’re in south western Pennsylvania and find yourself looking for some second hand games/systems stop out.
My favourite pinball machine of all time - "Little Chief" by WIlliams (1975). I was unbeatable on this machine back in 1977-1978, and would love to own one today!

We visit Novelty Golf and Games on Devon, an amazing mini-golf and arcade joint that's been open since 1949.
Here are my 4 pieces for the new show at OhNo!Doom Gallery in Chicago - it's opening on February 11th and it's called:
"Super Button Mashers: A gamer tribute @ OhNo!Arcade": A video game theme carnival of crazy!
This show is curated by Mr. Max Bare and was brought to our Plushteamers' attention by the fabulous miss Lana Crooks :)
I decided to go old school for this and did a Pong arcade game plush, a Frogger climbing up its log, a couple ghosts with Mr. PacMan and a plush remote with the famous Konami code on it!
I hope you will be able to go see the show in person. Pass the word around, it's going to be awesome!
Cheers,
Hibou

Get your game on, Cabela-style with this state-of-the-art "Big Buck Hunter" video game. Blast your way to trophy-hunter high scores. We didn't play this game, although we spent a couple bucks in the upstairs shooting gallery.
My daughter doesn't have the knack. I can hit a target if I take my time (I used to target shoot small-caliber handguns years and years ago) and my husband is a decent shot, but he has the advantage--he grew up on a Wisconsin dairy farm.

I will use a small detail brush and some flat white paint to touch up the logo on this side. Will post pics when done.
I had to put a completely different monitor in the machine since I couldn't fix the original. I used the old monitor frame and swapped the tubes. Since the monitor board on the POLO monitor is so much bigger, I had to mount it to the backside of the cabinet. The original degaussing circuit is still intact though not connected to this monitor. I may try to find a original sega monitor in the future.

SOOC alternate shots below.
Lighting: Snooted SB-600 (TTL), just barely off the top edge of frame. Fairly dark room to allow a 1/25 exposure for the TV image while keeping the rest black.

I have some photos to share of old arcade games from Fun Spot in NH, so I thought since I just shared my daughter's photos (taken for me) of Delaware, OH, she also had these old arcade game photos she took when in San Francisco recently, so .... (I worked on each image for contrast, re-sizing, etc. whatever needed at Photoshop 6.0)
