ARABESQUE

Patrice

Note.

ARABESQUE

Piano notes soar, twirl, and intertwine in the blue hour sky.

Wild grasses lend the surrounding chaos a beauty that moves even the wind.

And, witnessing this scene, the painter relinquishes control of his arm, which demands complete freedom to express itself.

The arabesque makes no secret of being the princess of movement.

A pure yet fragile form.

It takes its time, drawing attention to itself

For a brief moment, in an unprecedented, winding movement,

A moment of wonder

Before the beauty of nature.

Patrice

Note. This image was inspired by the music of Claude Debussy (1862–1918), particularly Clair de lune.

Depending on the waves and tides, the sea shapes these arabesques with the shells.

Yellow and Blue Iris, a marvel.

A gentle arm curve creates a soft frame around the dancer’s head.

Bought a mixed bouquet, saw just the tips of the yellow Irises, to my amazement, the center turned out blue, not seen that before, thus photo-session with my new elegant models.

This definitely spoke of ballet ...

I don't talk to flowers, they talk to me and I gladly listen, with my eyes!

I wish you a good day and thank you for your visit, so very much appreciated, Magda, (*_*)

The blossoms are long gone and I cut off the stalk. The leaves are drooping and need support (which I removed for the picture). I thought the amaryllis was finished and was surpised to see that a new shoot has appeared.
