Amazing glass enclosure, you walk in below the Apple logo and there are stairs leading down.

Constant cheering was coming from the entrance - it was the entourage of Apple employees, waiting to "greet" you. As you can see in this photo, unfortunate customers were forced to run a gauntlet of "high-fives".

New Apple Store opened at Del Monte Center yesterday (8/9/08). I was hoping to be at the opening (and get a free t-shirt), but I was out of town.
