Two incredible cameras to capture any moment.

People love to take photos with iPad. The iSight camera on iPad Pro has an advanced sensor that lets you shoot beautiful images and video. The Apple-designed image signal processor gives you excellent results, whether you’re taking a panorama or using burst or timer modes. You can also shoot time-lapse and slo‑mo video in 720p HD. And with a larger viewfinder, you’ll see more detail than ever before. The front-facing FaceTime HD camera also has an improved sensor, which along with the larger display, makes video calls feel more lifelike. Even in low-light or backlit settings, your pictures and videos will look great.

A better experience with every touch.

iOS 9 is the most intuitive, advanced and secure mobile operating system in the world. With new capabilities that take full advantage of the powerful performance of iPad Pro, it helps you be more productive and creative. Multitasking makes running two apps at once a snap. And improved features throughout the system, including Siri and Spotlight search, make iPad even more useful. If it feels like iOS 9 and iPad Pro were designed for each other, it’s because they were.

More iPad than ever. So apps can do more than ever.

iPad Pro comes with a variety of built in apps that make it easy to take on the essential things you do every day. And on the App Store, you’ll find incredible apps designed just for iPad, so there’s virtually no limit to what you can do.

A rich listening experience at every turn.

With four new high-fidelity speakers built directly into its unibody, iPad Pro creates an audio experience as big as its display. The new design produces an engaging soundstage with three times the acoustic output of iPad Air. But it goes even further than that. iPad Pro automatically adjusts the orientation of the high frequencies according to how you’re holding it. So whether you’re playing a game or watching a film, the sound of iPad Pro is more immersive than ever.

The only thing we didn’t reinvent was the alphabet.

The Smart Keyboard combines an array of new technologies and materials to create a keyboard like no other.1 It’s a full-size keyboard that’s fully portable, and connects to iPad Pro with the Smart Connector, an innovative new interface that allows for a two-way exchange of power and data. Just attach the Smart Keyboard and start typing. shopping-discount-coupon.com/apple-ipad-pro-space-grey-12...

A plug-in Chevy Volt was on display to show visitors how electric vehicles will interact with the grid. (The Volt's battery is partially made up of materials developed at Argonne.) Visitors could also check out smart grid technologies, including an OnStar app designed to show the user how much range the car has left.

This was the first impression of the encounter with Hrvoje Gospocic at Marienplatz, Munich. I had taken a lot of photos of people with creative costums due to the last day of carneval in 2020. But something was different here:

This man wasn't cheerish but carefully observed his surroundings and his outfit was ambivalent.

i spoke to him and it turned out that he was a performance artist from croatia with pseudonym "Vaso New Picasso". He showed me a newsletter with an article about his work concerning the "Brexit" and he told me that he aimed to take part at an exhibition in Munich but was surprised by the state of emergency in these days [before the Corona-Pandemie took over control].

You can find some videos on YouTube titled

“Vizualizacija Brexit, Stop the War in former European Union”

and more information at several websites about his performances...

When I was a teenager, one of my prized possessions was a 25-language

dictionary, that had a small selection of core vocabulary terms and

concepts in each of the languages. I was actually a rather strange

child, who spent leisure time reading dictionaries and encyclopedias,

so this was right up my alley. I remember the sense of wonder and awe

I felt when I discovered that CS Lewis had named Aslan in the Narnia

tales with the Turkish word for "lion." It gave new meaning for me not

just to that book, that series of books, but to the entire concept of

reading critically and deeply, and writing for varying audiences who

may or may not catch all the bits of hidden treasure inserted into

your own works. Suffice it to say that this discovery revolutionized

my intellectual approach to literature of any sort.

SpeechTrans doesn't translate 25 languages, but it does translate 9,

which is a fair start, and useful enough. In its current form, it is

primarily a mobile app designed for use on the fly, in situations

where you need the information quickly. You can think of it as the

barest beginnings moving towards the Star Trek Universal Translator.

Today I stumbled on an article about not just using the SpeechTrans

app to translate on the fly with your mobile device of choice, but to

integrate into social media and to allow people to post to Facebook by

telling their phone what to say, uh, transcribe.

I can do The best app design.

I can do The best app design.

Here’s a weird one - my friend Scott and I both have MacBooks, bought a couple of months apart. On his laptop, the Apple logo at the left-hand end of the menu bar and the Spotlight icon at the right-hand end are slightly, but noticeably, smaller than on mine.

I’m sure there’s a simple explanation for this, but I have no idea what it is!

UPDATE: Thanks to Flickr user MacGeek Pro, we have got to the bottom of this. It turns out that the small menu bar items were a feature of some versions of UNO, a sunken unified OS X theme. I had entirely forgotten that my friend had this installed, but even so it would never have occurred to either of us that an app designed to create a consistent look for OS X windows would have any effect on menu bar icons. You learn something new every day!
