He always looks slightly aggrieved, or perhaps like he has an upset stomach. It's all an act; he's as spoiled and fussed over as the other furries--possibly more.

Apollo is a Labrador Retriever/ American Pit Bull Terrier mix AKA "Labrabull". He is a very happy, handsome and strong dog with lots of stamina and a needy personality. He is extremely active, playful and very eager to please a dominant master. He is highly protective of his family to strangers and has very low tolerance for unfamiliar animals. Apollo loves befriending people even if he was barking fiercely at them at the door. He is watchful of strangers approaching the home and has an extremely fierce warning bark. But, he will stop when he knows I am aware of the stranger outside the house. Apollo seems a little slow witted but will learn surprisingly complex tasks for treats and is a bit manic about playing fetch with a tennis ball. He loves long hikes and runs of up to 7 miles and can do that several times a day. His physical stamina and strength is really astounding and he does not show pain or fatigue. We must use a prong collar with him to avoid being overpowered if he should bolt after a small animal that triggers predation. He gets along very well with people and family members and small pets including dogs, cats and rabbits though he often tries to display canine dominance.

This is Apollo, a Peregrine Falcon seen here at the Greater Vancouver Zoo, with his trainer, Gary, during a 'Radical Raptors - Birds of Prey' demonstration (held several times each day, weather permitting).
The Peregrine is renowned for its speed, reaching speeds of over 325 km/h (202 mph) during its characteristic hunting stoop, making it the fastest member of the animal kingdom!
I would certainly agree with this, as I didn't manage to get any useable 'in flight' shots of the bird!

Para estas cosas vale la pena tener un proyector en la oficina :)
