This setup features a custom-built Winder system and a stop-motion puppet head designed for face replacement and lip-sync animation. It is positioned in a mirrored studio environment to ensure precise registration and alignment of interchangeable facial parts during animation.
The mirrors allow animators to monitor symmetry and fixation accuracy in both profile and frontal views. The head is mounted on a mechanical rig with micro-adjustment capabilities for precise positioning.
