One of the unique features of this light is the distinctive base that give the impression of part of a ship.

One of the earlier models with the angular front; very 80s in colour scheme also being this yellowy-beige colour. Looking at the shape of it, it looks to be an Eriba conversion with the more rounded rear end. Last tested in July on 74k.

Looking down into the bowels of the Design Museum. For some reason Tom is making a habit of photobombing my images just recently...

I isolated this architectural corner to create a study in pure form. The converging lines and subtle gradations of light transform a utilitarian structure into an abstract composition of light and space.

This is my 1:16 scale LEGO model of the Lamborghini SC18 Alston. It's been many years since I last built a Lamborghini; so I thought the SC18 Alston, a one-off road legal car based on the Aventador platform, would be a great way to mix in a raging bull with my many prancing horses.

The angular design of the the SC18 Alston is very stunning in my opinion and presented a nice challenge to replicate with LEGO bricks. It took me many attempts to arrive at a satisfactory solution for the front end, although I'm still not entirely happy with the result. Similar to my other recent hypercar builds, it's 16 studs wide at the front but gradually increases to 17 studs at the rear.

This model features opening doors and engine cover. It was difficult to find many detailed photos of this one-off car, so I had to guess how the engine cover opens based on the panel gaps.

The lower strata are the Early Oligocene Port Willunga Formation, consisting of Bryozoal limestone, silt and clays, dipping gently southwards (towards the right on the photo). About halfway up the cliff, these dipping strata are truncated by an overlying horizontal layer of strongly cemented sandstone. This is the Pliocene Hallet Cove sandstone, consiting of calcareous sandstone and sandy limestone. This angular unconformity represents a 20 myr break in deposition

Focus stacked image taken in the early morning under natural light. This work is a gift for me, regarding the weather it was made in. Stacking living insects usually requires cool and windless weather. This time it was a warm morning with 25°C! However, the fly was friendly enough and stayed still throgh the stacking sequence.

Uncropped image, 2.7x magnification with the MP-E65/2.8 lens at f/5, 1/8 sec., ISO 200. 41 shots were combined in Zerene Stacker.

Pylons, located on the BPC Esplanade just above the North Cove Marina, consists of two tall stainless steel columns, one of them airy and open, made of wire mesh; the other solid and angular, create a symbolic portal at the river’s edge.

Created by artist Martin Puryear and installed in 1995, Pylons helps frame the sightlines of the Winter Garden. Viewed either from land or water, the columns are designed as a symbolic portal connecting the two.

Yeah - not eggs at all, but I would have liked to have eggs painted in colors as pretty as these!

This pose- sitting at a slant gives my legs quite a bit of exposure! My minidress helps with that just a little, maybe! [giggle!]

This shiny black lycra spandex slit accented minidress came in from milanoo[dot]com. I've matched it up with my Hanes Alive Barely There pantyhose and a lovely new pair of black patent platform peep-toe stiletto pumps from venus.com.
