Battery powered amplifier using a LM386 IC. Speaker is recycled from a set of discarded computer speakers.
I have build this tube amp using parts from audio.engineeringvista.com. This is a test set-up as I have no proper casing yet.
It sounds great and has more than enough power to drive my ancient Tannoy speakers. It delivers 5W max, but It can compete easily with the 50W amplifier that I usually have hooked up.
This kit allows for experimenting with a lot of settings, you can set it to Pentode, Triode and Ultra-Linear mode. It also has jumpers to apply feedback, bypass grid 2in pentode mode and set the first tubes in parallel for more gain in triode mode.
It also has an output for headphones.
Used a mini flashlight covered by a translucent cd case to light paint and illuminate the sunglasses during a a 5 second exposure.

その欠点を補うためにポタアンを装着している次第です。
効果の程は、そこそこあります。
※ちなみに写真のケーブルはBlue Rigger社製のコレ。なんだか聞き慣れないBlue Riggerという会社は、2009年に米国でスタートしたケーブル製造会社だそうで、米国で企画して人件費の安いPRCで製造。ケーブルに特化した会社というのが面白いですね。
