I see, but cannot reach, the height That lies forever in the light. - Henry Wadsworth Longsfellow
Good morning and may all of you have a good day/evening! :) This was an older shot that I couldn't resist adding a texture too. And my friend, the very talented dog ma, was kind enough to let me use this texture she's created. Check out her photos and textures, they're great!
I'll be commenting and faving your work when I get off work this afternoon!
東京都議事堂を背景に鳩を持った彫像です。
彫像の凛々しい表情にレディーガガを連想しました。
A statue of a pigeon and a woman against the backdrop of the Tokyo Metropolitan Capitol.
The dignified look of the statue reminded me of Lady Gaga.

Unusual to see a cruise ship on the Tyne being escorted by two tugs. Shows the strength of the wind this evening.
The beach on the south point of Lahaina Harbor and Breakwall at sunrise. There's a grove of palm trees on the point, and this one lone palm realized it would get the morning's first rays of light if it stretched and grew out towards the water. Ambition.
Point Of Interest: For six years of my broadcast career I did the morning show at KLHI The Point FM - and our studios were right on this beach - just on the other side of the ambitious palm. I witnessed this view from my studio window every morning, and would paddle out to surf on my lunch breaks. Paradise. Great memories.

This Taylor Creek Gull dove fairly deep to get this dead Kokanee Salmon, but after a few tries to to get it down it gave up and went looking for a better fit.

I will be away for a few days with no internet access, will try to catch up when back.
The Blonde look has had mixed thoughts from people/friends it’s not one I will keep but it’s something I’ve always wanted to do and at the end of the day I do this for myself, I’ve really had fun playing with a different look xx
So I am starting a new direction in my life. I have quit my job and I am going to make a go at being a photographer, videographer and commercial drone pilot. I'm qualified, accredited, insured and ready to go. Rebranded too. Now to get some work...
I never really could draw or paint. I guess that's why I've always liked photography - an outlet for my creative side!
Take a look at this palette large on black! :)
