"Ladies and gentlemen, I'm opening the first of its kind, a hotel that rehabilitates sinners!"
What started as an indoor lighting test for my toy photography turned into an ensemble shot of a fictional character that I have recently found very compelling. Princess Charlotte "Charlie" Morningstar - the heir to the throne of Hell - is the protagonist of "Hazbin Hotel," an animated series that originally started on YouTube and is now hosted on Amazon Prime Video. Voiced by actress and singer Erika Henningsen, Charlie is the owner of the Happy Hotel, a free lodging establishment that grants residence to sinners who want to atone for their mortal transgressions. A safe-haven from the relentless chaos and destruction that plagues Hell, the hotel's long-term goal is to instruct sinners in positive morals and virtues, so that they may be eligible to ascend to Heaven. Aside from a handful of family members, friends, hotel guests, and occasional allies to her cause, Charlie is faced with scrutiny and hostility from many who reside in Hell, their underlying argument being that redemption for a soul that has already been condemned is impossible. While intermittently faced with doubts and fear, Charlie learns over time to muster her inner courage to to continue with her work. She may get knocked down, but she takes it upon herself to stand up, dust herself off, and remind herself why she continues to render aid to the suffering. Sinners her occupants may be, but Charlie is always the first to affirm that "these sinners are my family."
Hard to imagine that October's already begun, hasn't it? I sometimes think that the proceedings of five years happened in less than one. But nevertheless, the holiday months of the year have officially begun! On a weekend trip visiting my family in my old hometown, I took the liberty of aiding them in setting up their indoor Halloween decorations and lights, with a sprinkling of my own flair for the season, of course.
So I've heard that this is an interesting show, and my, it is in fact interesting, interesting vulgar, violent, and sexual, I watched the first episode, and part of the second just to try and figure out the plot, and it is interesting, just wish I could filter out, most everything else. Anyways here's one of the main guys from the show, I think maybe a Soldier 76 hairpiece would do better for him, but I currently don't have a duplicate (there's one on the way, but I'm using that for a different character), I think the designs on his shirt are pretty good, simple, but good. I currently have one other person planned from this show, and maybe I'll work on The Seven, hopefully some characters from The Umbrella Academy (which thankfully is more tame for me, at least so far), and whoever the main guy was again.

Our 2nd independent film ‘2 Below 0’ has made its way onto Amazon Prime Video. Set in 1979, it follows the travels of author Rusty Whitaker after being left at the alter. He relocates to the middle of nowhere in the dead of winter & begins to write within his 16-foot trailer. From that point forward, all heck breaks loose involving snowballs flying, a mannequin & a local gang of 3. Filmed with director Tim Cash, ‘2 Below 0’ follows their first film, ‘The Astronot’.

John fits three minifigures on his bench seat with central driving position, just like on the show, as well as opening doors, a decorative winch, cameras, tools, and light bar. Stickers are added too for the license plates, the "John" lettering on the rear, and for Mr. Wilman's map that resides below the steering wheel.
