Draculaura arrived so quickly! I wasn't expecting her, that soon. She's so beautiful in person and I love all the details and the packaging...ugh so gorg! She gives me Tim Burton vibes. That's one of the reason I love her so. I feel kind of bad taking her out of the packaging, but I'll carefully take her out, so I can still display her in it. I can't wait to photograph her! <3

Holy crap.
I've been waiting a long time for a "perfect" Magneto, and the Family Matters set delivered him right to my door.
Now, I'm a forgiving guy; as long as I can make them look cool in pics, I'm happy. Some people have complained about his helmet and, primarily, his cape. The cape has a spacer with a peg for the back that isn't quite long enough, so his articulation is somewhat hindered when he's wearing the cape.
But let's be honest: Magneto's no gymnast. He's the master of magnetism.

I have been drooling over this doll since before Christmas when I saw her. At first, I had no idea where I could find her or her name to look her up, then I found out it was an amazon exclusive in a large family pack. So, im not that into the little dolls & the set was originally about $60.00 but I didnt have the money to spend at that time & when I did have it, the price went up to almost $90. So I have been stalking ebay waiting for just the OMG doll to pop up at a reasonable price & finally, she was listed as a buy it now on Jan 22 for $60.00 with free shipping so I grabbed her.
Tracking said she was to be here on the 24th, then it said it was delayed. That weekend, there was really no updates then Sunday the 26th, it said it arrived at the post office an hour from me, that is in the big city where mail in my area gets distributed from & generally I get my mail the next day once it hits there so I expected her on monday the 27th. Nope, I checked that morning & tracking said it was in CALIFORNIA!!! Let me put this in perspective. The package was mailed from Texas to me in West Virginia. The post office in West Virginia (an hour from me) sent my package to California. Yeah, needless to say I have been grumpy for several days, steaming over such a stupid mistake. So finally, she came back to the same local post office an hour from me who misdirected it in the first place yesterday, the 29th & I got her this morning. I am just relieved to finally have her & she is not getting shipped all across the states anymore, increasing the possibility of damage or getting lost.
She is amazing, my favorite color is purple, I have always loved the punk look too. She is a cross between british punk & goth, at least I feel she is. She also reminds me of Bratz Pretty N Punk, which is based off british punk, lol.
She has such a cute hat with a veil, which you can see it doesnt photograph well, it kinda made her face dark. But, there is a pair of silver glasses that have a chain that runs to her ear & she has one large safety pin earring. Her main outfit is so cute alone, the little top with skort, then you add the kind of cut away jacket (basically a collar & sleeves) & the half skirt thing with chains on it.
I just love her :)

I bought a couple of these on release. For the $100USD collector price tag, quality control was pretty abysmal (wonky eye placement, poorly rooted lashes, rooting holes punched into eyes, split in forehead plastic etc).
Fortunately, I managed to get ONE "perfect" Draculaura out of the six I received. That one's staying inside her box forever and I'll snap a pic of her another day.
The Draculaura pictured here is my second best one. She has some minor lip issues, but it's not obvious unless you shine a torch on it so I decided to debox and keep her
