Symbolizing the return of spring, travelers flock to catch a glimpse of the fragrant, pink blooms that were first made famous not only in Japan but appear worldwide. Delicate in nature and color, cherry blossoms, or sakura, mirror human life—beautiful, cherished, but brief. Here this image was shot at Tidal Basin in USA.
Hanami, or flower-viewing parties, date back to the 9th century when Japanese emperors would hold celebrations for the cherry and plum blossoms that would bud in early spring. The world’s love for cherry blossoms have not diminished. In Washington Dc, they have annual National Cherry Blossom Festival.
The cross is one of the most ancient religious symbols, and while it predates Christianity in both the East and the West, it is universally recognized as the principal symbol of the Christian faith today. Many variations of the symbol are used by various branches of the Christian church, including the Greek and Russian Orthodox traditions, but the original Latin cross consists of a long vertical bar intersected by a shorter, horizontal bar, and is frequently used in architecture, jewelry and religious rituals. I saw this architecture of holy cross along the countryside of Bulgaria.

The Moeraki Boulders are unusually large and spherical boulders lying along a stretch of Koekohe Beach on the wave-cut Otago coast of New Zealand between Moeraki and Hampden. They occur scattered either as isolated or clusters of boulders within a stretch of beach where they have been protected in a scientific reserve. The erosion by wave action of mudstone, comprising local bedrock and landslides, frequently exposes embedded isolated boulders. These boulders are grey-colored septarian concretions, which have been exhumed from the mudstone enclosing them and concentrated on the beach by coastal erosion.
There are waterfalls in the Plitvice Lakes National Park. This is a beautiful one and of course I won't miss it. Unfortunately, I couldn't find the name of this waterfall. Perhaps you can help.
The color of the water and waterfall are famous in Jiuzhaigou. It was a simple scene but I found it so peaceful and relax.
The Spanish Synagogue sits right in the heart of old town in the Jewish Quarter. It was built back in 1868, is Prague’s first Jewish House of Worship and is widely regarded as the most beautiful synagogue in all of Europe. This Moorish-style building features stunning stained glass windows, stylized Islamic motifs handpainted onto the walls and ornate gold tilework. The most breathtaking feature is the interior of the massive central dome. Galleries crown the dome so there is plenty to explore in one of Prague’s most prized buildings.
