The beautiful mountain range in the background remained hidden that day.
A place with a strong visual impact, one of the most picturesque in the Val di Rabbi. Located in the Stelvio National Park, at the source of the Rabbies stream.

Die oft fotografierte Kapelle Sankt Johann in Ranui (St. Magdalena im Villnößtal, italienisch Val di Funes) im Abendlicht, einmal ohne die häufig gezeigten Geislerspitzen. Interessant auch der um 45° gedrehte Kirchturm.
Wenn die Berge schön gefärbt sind, liegt die Kirche um diese Jahreszeit schon im Schatten.

Beim Fahrplanwechsel 2021 hat sich bei den Fernverkehrsverbindungen über den Brennerpass nichts Wesentliches geändert. Die Eurocityzüge verkehren nach wie vor in gewohnter Manier, wenn auch bei den Zugpaaren die Nummern geändert wurden. So wurde der in Sterzing fotografierte EC nach Bologna, vom EC 85 zum EC 83.
Zugpferd war an diesem Novembertag die 1216.012 "Nightjet".
