"The Origaliens are obviously true masters in shapeshifting and one of the materials they like here on Earth is paper! Marjan was the very lucky and first human-being to be invited on their SpaceCraft, where she witnessed a scapeshifting proces and was also aloud to take some photos of the "Night-shapeshifter" and the 'Day-shapeshifter'.
Marjan has not returned home yet, so we think she is initiated into their paper-secrets even more...... to be continued."
Prothonotary warbler -- never know such a tiny bird can sing so loud that it can be heard in a far distance.
Taken by the west pier at Whitby. Update on our business plans,
I’m going to design some products featuring the seagulls of Whitby, it will be called ‘Beaky Blinders', I’m thinking a seagull calendar will be a good idea, I have hundreds of seagull captures I can use and can easily muster up 12 cringeworthy seagull puns. Wish me luck, dear friends.
I have a gofundme page to help raise capital needed. Any donations or shares would be gratefully appreciated. Thank you to those that had already helped out. Much love to all ❤️
Fuji X100F with its 23/2 lens at F11. Of course, the image is different from 'Thinking aloud 1'. Post-processing is also different. Comparing both images on purely aesthetically grounds, I feel that conventional B+W has produced the more interesting one (namely this one). What it means to me is that I will reserve infrared photography for special tasks with carefully selected or arranged circumstances.
Fuji X-E3 plus 35/1.4 at F5.6 plus a 720nm infrared filter. Shutter at approx. 1.4 sec. Compare this with the other image (Thinking aloud 2).
continua il percorso di immagini tra sorrisi, baci e abbracci incontrati durante i miei scatti, questo set
♥ love is all around ♥ è una raccolta di foto a volte suggestive, a volte curiose, ma sempre emozionanti e coinvolgenti.
buona passeggiata.....
perchè nella vita si bacia e abbraccia.. sempre! ;-)

Still continuing my color journey, again farther away than last time. I see that slowing down is even more important with Ektar, since tending to see things in B&W gives a latitude of what to ignore, if that makes any sense. But it's a great exercise to observe once again. Thanks to those flickeranians who continue to inspire!

Wond'ring aloud
How we feel today
Last night sipped the sunset
My hand in her hair
We are our own saviours
As we start
Both our hearts
Beating life
Into each other
Wond'ring aloud
Will the years treat us well?
As she floats in the kitchen
I'm tasting the smell
Of toast as the butter runs
Then she comes
Spilling crumbs
On the bed
And I shake my head
And it's only the giving
That makes you
What you are

The reader is a person who has the responsibility of reading aloud the biblic texts during a liturgical service. Here the reader of the Orthodox monastery of St. Catherine at Sinai is reading the "Apostole" in the 6th century's "katholikon" (main church) during an all-night lasting service (the so called "agrypnia") at the day of the memory of st. Catherine 's martyr (November 25th).

My Cousin's cat, Cassy is her name and she is a Occicat breed of cat. April 2018, Christchurch, New Zealand.
Dedicated to Cheryl www.flickr.com/photos/85427965@N00/6155001223/in/contacts/ and her husband Jim. It was a pleasure spending a day in the Rockies with you both. Thanks for teaching me the finer points of waterfall shooting and using my tripod for the first time ever. This is my second attempt. I can't see myself getting addicted to waterfalls but i can certainly understand the attraction. I almost murdered my tripod and threw it in the waterfall here until i found my way around the guard rails :)
o speak it aloud makes my heart ring like a bell. Strange to imagine that, isn’t it – a heart ringing – but when you touch me that is what it is like: as if my heart is ringing in my chest and the sound shivers down my veins and splinters my bones with joy.
