I've held on to this photo for a while as I was never 100% happy with it or thought it did the trick justice.
But as one of my best and longest pals has just set off to Australia indefinitely, I thought it would be a nice time to wish him all the best for the next couple of years and show everyone what I think is one of the nuttiest tricks Keith has ever done.
He actually landed on his head at the bottom of the stairs trying this, and got up and landed it the following try.
