This is for the refugees in the world fleeing from their homes because there is a war going on in their country or where they are in danger because of their religion. I am truly blessed that I was born in a country without war and with democratic standards. Bless you!

I have been posting a lot of pictures that were taken several months ago. Some of you may or may not know that I struggle with mental health issue and I had taken some time away from Flickr and Social Media. Thank you all for you visits and faves!

This is one of my favorite places in the world I feel at peace here. Maybe it is because the sound of rushing water blocks out everything else going on in my head. Maybe its because it is so beautiful. I don't know I just thought I would share this with you.

A friend of mine posted a shot like this a couple years ago and it inspired me.

In the midst of a ridiculously stressful week at work, I took a break to wander Oxford Street on Tuesday night. In Selfridge's food hall, I saw rainbow bagels--which I'd read about somewhere as being all the rage in NYC and beginning to make a splash here in London. I bought a bag for the kids and a bag for my team at work. They were very well-received by both parties, but ultimately I found them to be a fun little novelty, nothing more.

Still, they made for a colourful photo opp at breakfast yesterday morning, right?

Trippy little psychedelic bagels deserve a tripply little psychedelic song. I offer John Grant's "Marz": youtu.be/mzWQSabtWLs
