Il lunedì che aspettavo con le condizioni giuste per un'alba da togliere il fiato, spero di essere riuscito a trasmettere quello che ho vissuto in prima persona.
Uno spettacolo unico è assistere all'alba dal Monte Grappa. Le nuvole e/o la conformazione montuosa hanno creato l'illusione di una colonna infuocata in cielo. Spettacolo che ci ha distratto per qualche minuto anche se presi dalla foga della competizione delle 24 ore di birdwatching.
Fiery dawn
A unique spectacle is witnessing the sunrise from Monte Grappa. Clouds and/or mountain features created the illusion of a fiery column in the sky. A show that distracted us for a few minutes even though we were caught up in the heat of the 24 hour birdwatching competition.

"Der Sanderling (Calidris alba) ist ein kleiner Watvogel aus der Gattung der Strandläufer. Im Wattenmeer der Niederlande und Deutschlands taucht er vor allem im Winterhalbjahr in teils großen Schwärmen an der Nordseeküste auf, weitaus seltener im Binnenland. Er lässt sich außerdem ganzjährig zumindest in kleiner Zahl beobachten. An der Ostsee überwintert dagegen nur ein kleiner Teil der Sanderlinge. Während der Zugzeiten sind dort höchstens einige wenige hundert Vögel zu beobachten."

La D100 101 è incaricata al 19 Settembre 2016 di portare il mattutino treno di Cereali da Cuneo a Busca, nel chiarore dell'alba sulla piana Cuneese, Presso San Chiaffredo di Busca.
Un tramonto sul mar Jonio … mi correggo, era un'alba!
(la posizione del sole sarebbe stata sbagliata, Catania ad Est ha il mare e la terra ad Ovest)
C'è poco da essere ottimisti, ma cerchiamo di esserlo.

"Die Bachstelze (Motacilla alba), westfälisch auch Wippstiärtken, nordniedersächsisch Wippsteert, im Kölner Raum Wibbelstetzje, ostfriesisch Akkermāntje oder Baumāntje ist eine Singvogelart aus der Familie der Stelzen und Pieper. Sie fällt durch ihr kontrastreiches, schwarz-weiß-graues Gefieder und den stelzentypischen Wippschwanz auf. Der charakteristische Ruf ist ein hohes, metallisches dschiwid.
Das umfangreiche Verbreitungsgebiet reicht von Südostgrönland durch die gesamte Paläarktis bis zur Beringstraße und in den äußersten Westen Alaskas. Im Norden reicht es über den Polarkreis hinaus, im Süden bis in die Subtropen. In Mitteleuropa ist die Bachstelze ein verbreiteter und häufiger Brutvogel. Ursprünglich wohl vor allem an unbewachsene Uferflächen und Gewässer gebunden, ist sie heute überall in der offenen und halboffenen Kulturlandschaft zu finden, wo es passende Nistgelegenheiten und freie Bodenflächen zur Nahrungssuche gibt. Die Art brütet in Nischen und Halbhöhlen und ernährt sich fast ausschließlich von Insekten und anderen Gliederfüßern."

La famiglia delle Nymphaeaceae non è numerosa, insieme alla famiglia delle Cabombaceae comprende 6 generi con 68 specie; mentre il genere Nymphaea comprende circa 50 specie a distribuzione cosmopolita, preferendo comunque climi temperato-caldi delle regioni extra-tropicali dell'emisfero boreale. Nella flora spontanea italiana è presente una sola specie (Nymphaea alba).

The Nymphaeaceae family is not numerous, together with the Cabombaceae family it includes 6 genera with 68 species; while the genus Nymphaea includes about 50 species with a cosmopolitan distribution, however preferring temperate-warm climates of the extra-tropical regions of the northern hemisphere. In the Italian spontaneous flora there is only one species (Nymphaea alba).
