The sun is setting early at Aigen / Grainau with its typical wooden huts while some sunlight is still illuminating the crest behind leading to Zugspitze at a windy day in January 2022, you can well recognize some snow banners at the mountain.
Hike around the Putterersee in Aigen in Upper Styria. The fog is gone and the sun is blinking through the clouds!

Am 28. September 2017 konnte ich die 1063.010 mit dem VG 73620 von Hieflau bei Aigen fotografieren. Rund um Selzthal gibt es noch einiges an Fahrverschub zu beobachten, Ladegut ist fast ausschließlich Holz. Im Hintergrund der Scheiblingstein und die Kreuzmauer.
At the 28th of September 2017 i took this picture of ÖBB's 1063.010 with freight train VG 73620 coming from Hieflau. Around Selzthal you still can find these local shunting services - freight is most of the time timber. In the background you can see the mountains called Scheiblingstein and Kreuzmauer.
