Atardecer tranquilo en el final del puerto deportivo de Ciudadela. El invierno deja el canal en calma, con las luces reflejándose en el agua y un ambiente sereno que invita a pasear sin prisas.

Quiet winter dusk at the end of Ciudadela’s marina. The canal rests in calm water, with warm lights reflecting on the surface and a peaceful atmosphere that invites an unhurried walk.
Cangas de Onis is one of the main towns of the principality of Asturias. Even in medieval times it became the capital of the principality.
We decided to get away from our accommodation in Ribadesella to walk along its nice streets and visit the famous medieval bridge over the Sella river.
Really it is a very beautiful and cheerful city with a restrained tourism, because although there were people, we could walk quietly and without stress. Where there were more visitors, was on the bridge which I shall dedicate the picture later. (If I can find it)
This is an any one shopping street, people walking or going from here to there, cars ... Finally a normal street with normal people in a normal day and nothing to describe or to praise.
But I love the feeling of life and movement that managed to capture at the time. I think there is no need to photograph palaces or castles for achieving a good photograph.

Cangas de Onís es una de las principales villas del principado de Asturias. Incluso en épocas medievales llego a ser la capital del principado.
Decidimos hacer una escapada desde nuestro alojamiento en Ribadesella para pasear por sus bonitas calles y visitar el famoso puente medieval sobre el rio Sella.
En verdad se trata de una ciudad muy bonita y alegre con un turismo comedido, pues si bien había gente, se podía pasear tranquilamente y sin agobios. Donde más visitantes había, era en el puente al cual dedicaré la fotografía correspondiente más adelante. (Si la encuentro)
Esta es una calle cualquiera con tiendas, gente paseando o yendo de aquí para allá, coches...En fin una calle normal con gente normal en un día normal y sin nada que destacar.
Pero a mí me encanta la sensación de vida y movimiento que conseguí captar en su momento. Pienso que no hay necesidad de fotografiar palacios o castillos para lograr una buena fotografía.
Si quieres, puedes ampliarla para verla mejor y en todos sus detalles.
CUA DAI BEACH.
Una playa de ensueño a orillas del pacífico a cinco Kms. de Hoi An y al lado de buenos hoteles.
Agua un poco fría y fuerte oleaje, al menos el dia que estuvimos nosotros, pero con arena fina y agua limpia. Un lujo para el visitante que la disfruta sin agobios.

De la serie Monumento a los judíos de Berlín.
Todas son fotos recuperadas de mi último viaje a Cuba.
Algunas se ñusieron fotos similares en su día o las descarté yo que se el porque de ese momento, pero ahora me han gustado (me estoy volviendo facilón con la edad)
Bordeaux is an elegant and cosmopolitan city full of boulevards with well preserved buildings and although it does not seem to be one of the most tourist cities in France, it is always full of people and much more in this area.
From the first hours of the morning, the bustle is incessant, full of passers-by or strollers, native or foreigners. Does not matter. It is a city that, apart from being beautiful, is happy and bustling like few others.
I had it very easy, because my accommodation was right there and just walking a few steps was immersed in an incomparable area, cheerful, moved but without burdens with freedom to photograph without pushing.
Commercial streets, tourist, full of charm with historic buildings and the river a few meters away.
The immense avenue of Tourny to the front and to the right tired walkers sitting peacefully on the stairs that lead to the opera's grand theater.
A sunny and happy day. What more could you want.

Burdeos es una ciudad elegante y cosmopolita llena de de bulevares con edificios bien conservados y aunque no parece ser una de las ciudades mas turísticas de Francia, siempre está llena de gente y mucho mas en esta zona.
Desde primeras horas de la mañana, el bullicio es incesante, lleno de transeúntes o paseantes, autóctonos o foráneos. Da igual. Es una ciudad que, aparte de bella, es alegre y bulliciosa como pocas.
Yo lo tenía muy fácil, pues mi alojamiento estaba ahí mismo y con solo andar unos pasos quedaba inmerso en una zona incomparable, alegre, movida pero sin agobios con libertad para fotografiar sin empujones.
Calles comerciales, turísticas, llenas de encanto con edificios históricos y el rio a pocos metros.
La inmensa avenida de Tourny al frente y a la derecha paseantes cansados sentados plácidamente en las escaleras que dan al gran teatro de la opera.
Un día soleado y feliz. Que más se puede pedir.
Si la amplias, podrás verla mejor con todo los detalles.

Esta es una foto que llevaba en mente un tiempo. La gracia es que es un sólo disparo, sin usar Photoshop.
Ahora que no podemos salir he hecho muchas fotos en casa, a mi familia, a mis hijas, con las nuevas circunstancias que nos ha impuesto la cuarentena por el maldito COVID19.
Pero esta define muy gráficamente el agobio que nos crea no poder salir de casa.
La foto la he realizado con mi Olympus OMD EM1.2 para mi mujer usé un angular, un Zuiko 24mm OM cerrando el diafragma a tope para que no entrase luz, a f16; disparé en bulb, e iluminé con linterna; después tapé la cámara con un trapo negro, una vez que el trapo impedía que entrara luz a la cámara, cambié la lente angular, por un 100mm macro también OM y cerrando el diafragma a f32, giré el trípode y levanté el trapo negro, y volví a iluminar con linterna el tarro de cristal. Ambas lentes son manuales, por lo que enfoqué ambas previamente y con cinta americana bloqueé el enfoque. Sólo fue costoso el cambio de lentes bajo el trapo negro en total oscuridad.
P.D.: Usé un adaptador MMF3 más un adaptador de lentes OM a 4/3, lo que me permitió cambiar de lente en medio del disparo, ya que sin el MMF3 corta exposición.

This is a photo that I had in mind for a while. The funny thing is that it is a single shot, without using Photoshop.
Now that we cannot go out, I have taken many photos at home of my family, my daughters, with the new circumstances that the quarantine imposed on us by the damn COVID19.
But this one defines very graphically the burden of staying at home without going out for so long.
I used my Olympus OMD EM1.2 for my wife, and a wide angle lens, a Zuiko 24mm OM; closing the diaphragm at f16, so that light does not hit hte sensor unless I use a flashlight; I shot in bulb, and illuminated with flashlight; then I covered the camera with a black cloth, once the cloth prevented light from entering the sensor of the camera, I switched the angle lens, for a 100mm macro also OM and closing the diaphragm at f32, I twisted the tripod and raised the black cloth, to the spot where the cristal jar was, and I shone the flashlight on the glass jar again. Both lenses are manual, so I focused both previously and with tape I blocked the focus. It was only expensive to change lenses under the black cloth in total darkness.

P.S.: I also used a MMF3 adapter, and an OM to 4/3 adapter for the vintage lenses, the switch of lenses was able to be performed by using the MMF3, without it, if you try to release the lens the camera stop the exposure.
Llevo tiempo pensando en esto, necesito alejarme un poco de este mundo para poder ver las cosas desde otra perspectiva.
Iniciar proyectos que hace tiempo que tengo en mente, mejorar tecnicas, experimentar otras. Me siento estancado y encasillado, necesito volver a centrarme en mi y olvidarme un poco de todas estas redes sociales que tanto tiempo me estan quitando.
Intentare subir una foto al mes pero tampoco con agobios.

Cerca de la Puerta de Brandemburgo, en el corazón de Berlín, está situado el monumento a los judíos asesinados en Europa.
Se trata de una superficie de cerca de 19.000 m² en la que el arquitecto neoyorquino Peter Eisenman colocó 2711 losas de hormigón de distintas alturas (las llamadas estelas) en una rejilla cuadriculada. El terreno es suave pero inclinado de diferentes maneras. Desde los cuatro lados uno se puede sumergir en la estructura por la que se puede transitar por completo, cuyo aspecto en forma de olas se percibe de manera diferente desde cualquier punto. Hay que sentir esa sencación especial paseando a través de ellas, sobre todo a través de las mas altas. Es una sensación de agobio especial. Parecida a la que debieron de sentir todas aquellas personas torturadas y muertas.

Pues eso, que el tiempo no es mi gran compañero ahora mismo.
Ahh, ¿por qué el tiempo pasa deprisa cuando no debe? ¿Por qué parecen siglos dos horas cuando estás esperando algo con ganas?
¿Y por qué pasa como milésimas de segundo cuando te aterra que llegue un momento decisivo de tu vida?
No quiero. No quiero. No quiero.
Y ya no hay marcha atrás.
Tengo mucho miedo de afrontar este nuevo reto. Realmente no tengo claro si soy lo suficientemente buena como para sacar adelante un negocio.
Que sí, que se me darán bien cierto tipo de fotografías, pero... bautizos, comuniones, bodas... Eso es lo único que hace ganar dinero hoy en día, y no, no es algo que, en general, me guste.
Pero, es lo que hay. Casi nadie tiene oportunidades como ésta, así que me toca ir de cara...
