Enforcement agents from the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries responding to flooding in Louisiana captured images of wildlife fleeing water that has displaced them from their habitats.
The agents were patrolling Tuesday, May 17 between Highway 190 and the Morganza Spillway, inside the guide levees. Agents report all wildlife that was photographed survived.

So the premier of Marvel's Agent Carter was Tuesday night, along with Gotham returning with a pretty kick-ass episode. But, first, Agent Carter.
I loved the idea of Marvel giving Peggy Carter her own show, albeit a mini-series, which I personally think is a better idea. For those of you who do not know, Margaret "Peggy" Carter is a fictional comic book character appearing in books published by Marvel Comics, usually as a supporting character in books featuring Captain America. Created by writer Stan Lee and artist Jack Kirby, she first appeared in Tales of Suspense #77 as a World War II love interest of Captain America in flashback sequences.
She would later be better known as a relative of Captain America's modern-day on and off love interest, Sharon Carter. Peggy Carter, portrayed by Hayley Atwell, plays a more prominent role in the Marvel Cinematic Universe series of feature films, beginning with 2011's Captain America: The First Avenger, and continuing in the tie-in video game Captain America: Super Soldier; a Marvel One Shot short film; the 2014 feature-film sequel Captain America: The Winter Soldier; and the television series Marvel's Agent Carter.
So I was kind of so-so on the pilot episode of Agent Carter, I could have done without all of the reminders that this was a misogynistic time period and Peggy doesn't need the help of a man -- I get it, I understand why it's there, I agree with it, I just wish there could have been less of it, just do it once and move on. One surprise I was very happy with was the guy who played Howard Stark's butler, basically Jarvis. I thought he was pretty entertaining and fantastically written, he certainly plays the role of the comedic relief, although he's able to do more than jut that and displayed some nice range. I'm really hoping they continue to utilize his character and keep him around, teaming up with Peggy, I'm all about that. I definitely think the show Alias was thrown around in the writer's room, as they had Peggy concealing her identity in order to retrieve certain information - being a real spy. I think things got a bit better in the second episode. I got exactly what I was asking for, with the second episode, as far as Peggy and Jarvis working together. It's cute. The series is off to an okay start.
Gotham was fucking cool.
I was incredibly excited when I saw that Gordon was going to be transferred to Arkham. That's such a smart move and a great way to shake up this show. With this episode in particular, I feel like the show is finally beginning to find it's tonal ground, so to speak. I think it knows now what kind of show it wants to be. Which is this pulpy, dark crime show that doesn't take itself too seriously and allows room for weird shades of dark comedy. It's dope. The plot of this episode was cool, because what it really did was it allowed Gotham to be filled with more lunatics and psychopaths, which I know will become relevant later on. You can clearly hear a high-pitched cackle as a storm of patients flee the asylum, insinuating that the Joker is among the crowd. www.stephenjordanwrites.com/?p=1095

Crossing the border into USA The United States of America from the Canada across Rainbow Bridge.
To get to USA from Canada, cross Rainbow Bridge from Niagara Falls, Ontario Canada into Niagara Falls, New York USA.
To leave the United States of America, walk through a self locking metal turnstile gate without needing to show any id at this point, half way across the Rainbow Bridge there is a bronze plaque on the bridge fence indicating the United States / Canada International Boundary Line, this area is also notated with the Canadian flag flying next to the USA flag. To enter Canada after crossing the International Boundary Line you must show your passport to customs agents before entering the country of Canada, there is no fee for this process but when you want to cross the same bridge back into the USA there is a .50 cent fee.
Walking across Rainbow Bridge takes under10 minutes, the time to show your passport to the agent at the Canadian border and the agents at the USA when returning to The United States of America cannot be determined as the time varies based on how many border agents or people trying to enter the country at any given time.
There are excellent views of Niagara Falls from both the USA and Canada, but they are both very different, the view of the falls from Canada shows a more natural less built up look, where as the view of Niagara Falls from the USA shows more of a city built up look.

Day 1
New York - Corning/Watkins Glen - Niagara Falls (426 miles)
Passengers will be picked up in New York and New Jersey in the morning. We will head north from New York in the morning to the Corning Glass Museum in Corning, NY to learn about glassmaking (during the winter) or Watkins Glen State Park (during the summer). From there, we will continue on to Niagara Falls, NY where we will see Thundering Water Cultural Show.
Corning, NY
Corning Museum of Glass This museum in western New York is dedicated to the history, art, and science behind glassmaking. Its collection contains more than 45,000 objects, some of which date back millennia. It was founded in 1951 and sees 400,000 visitors annually.
Watkins Glen, NY
Watkins Glen State Park Glen Creek has carved a dramatic gorge into the Watkins Glen hillside, resulting in a large, cavern-like network of rock formations. Visitors can take guided tours, do some hiking, or just spend some time in the park.
Available in Summer only. Tour goes to Corning Glass Museum during winter.

We will continue our tour Niagara Falls by heading into Canada to take the Hornblower Cruise boat ride and see an informational movie at the IMAX Theater. We will also ascend the Skylon Tower. The tour then departs for Toronto, ON, one of Canada's largest cities. There we will visit the CN Tower and guests will have the option to take a Lake Ontario Cruise. During the winter when the cruise is not running, we will instead visit Casa Loma. We will have dinner in historical Chinatown.

Skylon Tower
This observation tower on the Canadian side of Niagara Falls offers a bird's-eye views of one of the world's favorite natural wonders. The tower stands 520 feet from street level and 775 feet from the bottom of the falls.
Rainbow Bridge
The Rainbow Bridge across the Niagara River connects Niagara, Ontario to Niagara, New York. It is an international landmark and impressive architectural feat. In addition to private vehicles, pedestrians and bikes can cross the bridge for a small toll.
Niagara Falls IMAX
