How can you just walk away from me
When all I can do is watch you leave?
‘Cause we’ve shared the laughter and the pain
And even shared the tears
You’re the only one who really knew me at all…

If we all put our hearts and minds together in collaboration, working towards a better world, everyone, and I mean everyone, will be better off for sure!
In today's world, where some forget their children's needs, I want to emphasize the importance of being there for our children, whatever their needs may be. We cannot dictate, we must accompany and help in every way!!!!! It is not easy!
With heartfelt and genuine thanks for your kind visit. Have a beautiful day, be well, keep your eyes open, appreciate the beauty surrounding you, enjoy creating, stay safe, and laugh often! ❤️❤️❤️

Taken in the Forest north of Le Roche-en-Ardenne, Belgium. The forest around this tree was recently harvested.
Water lilies, those ethereal blooms that grace the tranquil surfaces of ponds and slow-moving streams, are nature's living poetry. Their delicate petals, like frosted glass, rest upon emerald lily pads, creating a serene tableau. Yet, beneath their fragile beauty lies resilience, for these aquatic marvels rise above the muddy depths from which they grow. They symbolize transformation, as they emerge from the darkness into the light, unfurling their petals as if to greet the sun. In their simplicity, water lilies remind us that even in the murkiest of waters, there is the potential for exquisite beauty and graceful rebirth, a lesson in serenity and the art of flourishing against all odds.
[Huangshan, Anhui, China] A Huangshan green pine tree makes its way growing from a crack on a granite rock, with life overcoming the odds against it with perseverance.

In early Spring this weeping cherry at Banksia Park is back in business having survived last year's big flood.

I share with you the struggles of my Christmas amaryllis. It came as a Christmas present. No care as it was encased in a self-sustaining boot.
Something went terribly wrong with this concept and here at Easter Sunday it manages to present two partially formed flowers and a growing third bud, as it is destined to show. I have tried feeding it to sustain its efforts to fulfill its destiny against all odds.
How appropriate it rises on Easter Sunday. Peace be with you all …….
Bud decided that the top of our raised field bed was the best place to rest and at the same time keep his eye out for other bucks and of course the girls! 2 days left of the hunt this week - Sunday is a day of rest - and then 6 days left next week:-(
Clinging onto life: growing in a crack in a wall and in full sun, this tiny plant is surviving against all the odds.

I've been thinking about this guy ever since I took his picture. At first I was thinking, "What's the point?" Like swatting at an alligator with a fly swatter. Thinking about it, I admire his gumption. He fought the fight even though most people would have sat down and just cried while their house was destroyed. Good on him! Sometimes all you got left is the struggle.
