The baby face represents the way we, as a target audience, have that child-like response of being mesmerized by click bait (which is why we click on them in the first place). The tv represents the commercials and ads, which is a little more dated as opposed to the group of birds at the top representing "twitter" or digital/online media. With the general population's attention span today, the figure is obviously paying more attention to the click bait from the online space as opposed to the tv.
