shot on our approach in Nadi out the window of our Air Pacific flight.

A beautiful "full face" shot of the mountain taken from advanced base camp (5750 meters) with prayer flags in the foreground. The summit is visible still 2400 meters above us. Much of the climbing route is visible from this vista.

Camp 1 sits nestled in a small saddle at the top of the Horrible Hill. Plenty windy.

An incredible dive site in the Bligh Waters off Fiji's main island showcases giant soft coral fans.

 

We witnessed plenty of storms while we were on the mountain but in general, had good weather.

Aerials of coral reefs are always so incredible with the play of colors against a dark blue.

This is a tiny sandspit island off the north coast of New Britain, Papua New Guinea.
