For dinner tonight I made sort of soup or stew. For meat I diced up chicken (breast meat), turkey, bacon, Beef sausage. For vegetables I added onion, garlic, green beans, carrots, peas, cauliflower, corn, coriander flakes, and stewed tomatoes. For spices I added salt, adobo, black pepper, hot paprika, powdered cayenne pepper, turmeric, poultry seasoning, and yellow curry. Then I added whole wheat pasta.

Quite tasty.

Also, please note how he and Dan set the table all proper and fancy-style.

Calzones and prosecco. Not pictured: delicious mustard greens-sausage-ricotta filling.

We worked from a recipe similar to this one, but with cornbread stuffing between the turkey and duck, wild rice between the duck and chicken, and mushrooms inside the chicken.

Here I am, starting the sweet potato-eggplant gravy.
