Immer diese Entscheidungen zum Fest der Feste...
Was gibt es denn zu essen?? Gar nicht so leicht die Speisekarte für´s Fest zu entwerfen oder? Ist es vielleicht im Gegenteil ganz einfach bei euch?
Ganz viel früher, als die Familie noch komplett war und am Heiligabend zusammen kam, da gab es für alle "Ragout Fin" bei meinen Großeltern. Meine Oma hat für 15 Leute gekocht und war lange mit den Vorbereitungen beschäftigt. Meine Mama hat das traditionelle Essen beibehalten. Die Portion, die sie mit Liebe schnippelt und kocht, ist jetzt sehr viel kleiner, aber es schmeckt noch wie in Kindheitstagen. :-)

I've been enjoying this Advent Calendar that my friend Jo gave me She knew I was in the habit of eating one square of chocolate a day. It tunes into the meaning of Advent of 'Waiting.' With my poor eye sight it took me a long time to find the next number of the window to open, then with numb fingertips I had difficuty in getting the appropriate one open and after that in pulling off the silver wrapping paper round the chocolate. It struck me that it was good training for a child to relax, slow down and just have one chocolate at a time. The chocolates were very tasty - this last one is extra large..

Die Weihnachts- und Vorweihnachtszeit ist die Zeit im Jahr, in der richtig viele Entscheidungen getroffen werden müssen...ich weiß, ihr kennt das auch gut, irgendwie kann man sich da nicht total entziehen.
Fragen wie:
Weihnachtsbaum oder grüne Zweige in der Vase?
Strohsterne oder Lametta?
Gebratene Gans oder Knackwurst mit Kartoffelsalat?
Fette Geschenke oder Schrottwichteln?
Am Heiligabend zu den Eltern oder kommen die besser zu uns?
Große Feier oder besinnliche Stunden im ganz kleinen Kreis?
Weihnachten zu Hause oder nix wie weg und frühzeitig den Urlaub gebucht?
Die Liste kann lang werden... Wie schaut es bei euch aus, lasst ihr euch unter Druck setzen von der Qual der Wahl oder seid ihr ganz relaxt? Genießt ihr, dass ihr die freie Entscheidung habt wie euer Fest wird oder ist eh schon alles klar geregelt?

Ich finde es ist ein ganz schönes Motto sowohl für die Adventszeit, als auch für einen Montag, Glücksgefühle schenken ohne selbst leer auszugehen!
Lob kann anspornen, Selbstbewusstsein und Zuversicht
stärken oder einfach nur glücklich machen. Mutlosen
Menschen kann es helfen, das große Ziel wieder zu sehen.
Ein lobendes Wort signalisiert uns, dass wir auf einem gu-
ten Weg sind. Es gibt Orientierung und Kraft für den
nächsten Schritt. Kurz: Wer gelobt wird, geht mit neuer Energie an seine Aufgaben.
Und wie mache ich das?
Im Internet bin ich fündig geworden: hier sind 9 Punkte für mehr Lob und Anerkennung
1. Nehmt euch vor, mehr zu loben. Faustregel: Täg-
lich mindestens einem Menschen ein Lob zukommen
lassen!
2. Was fällt dir an deinen Mitmenschen positiv auf?
3. Sofort loben, aber nicht auf die Schnelle – das Lob muss beim Empfänger auch ankommen können.
4. Präzise und so detailreich wie möglich loben.
5. Loben, ohne Vergleiche mit anderen zu ziehen.
6. Loben ohne Hintergedanken und uneingeschränkt positiv formulieren.
7. Unbedingt ehrlich bleiben, keine „Lobhudelei“.
8. Lob und Anerkennung sind sowohl verbal als auch nonverbal (Schulterklopfen, hochgereckter Daumen...) möglich.
9. Wenn du selbst gelobt wirst: Nimm das Lob
an! Ein Lob ist ein Geschenk, für das du dich bedanken
(und das du nicht zurückweisen) solltest.
