Meet our Stunning, Fabulous boy Brew Creaux! Brew Creaux is a stunning white and blue American Pit Bull Terrier who just lost his home!! His previous owner owned him since he was a puppy but do to changing circumstances was no longer able to keep him so he is having to stay at a kennel which is no place for this sweet, mature boy. Brew Creaux is totally housetrained and crate trained too. He’s a very friendly dog, loves people young and old! He has had a very social life around many people and other dogs. He does well with other dogs and is really friendly and enjoyed having a buddy over now and then and going to visit his doggie friends for play dates! He previously lived with two adult couples, who frequently had visitors. He also lived with one male and one female dog. He adapts tremendously well to almost any situation and is full of personality.
Brew LOVES everyone he meets and is very friendly and social! He has been around children too and does just fine with them too. Just watch his tail bc he loves to wag it and is such a happy boy! His favorite activity is swinging from a rope, and he will play for hours on end if you let him. Brew Creaux is super smart and he learns very quickly too – he loves learning new things and would love for his new family to teach him so new tricks. Everyone who meets Brew Creaux says is just the sweetest boy you will ever meet and can’t help but fall in love with this boy!
Brew is about 5 years old and weighs about 60 pounds. He is an American Pit Bull terrier with stunning green eyes. He is neutered, up to date on all of his shots and microchipped too and ready for a new forever home! Even if you are not able to adopt Brew Creaux,, please consider fostering until he finds his forever home. Scout’s Honor Rescue covers all vetting, can provide a crate and even help out with food for any foster home.

The youngster had been calmly minding their own business, when the adult couple decided to rush through, forcing them to leap out of the way. All part of the daily life of a wild rabbit.. !
One of the best moments on the Pirate cruise out of Clearwater Beach, FL. NOTE: it seemed to be great fun for A) kids and B) parents who drink- a lot. Not so much fun for an adult couple. (Especially a gay male adult couple or anyone else who doesn't like being squirted with pirate water pistols).

I was walking in Hong Kong Wetland Park and I was impressed when I saw these two kids walking together. The boy is holding an umbrella and placing his hand on the girl's shoulder as an adult couple would do.
Rashmi Malik, shelter technical officer (female NRS on the right) and Devraj Gautam, shelter project manager (left) hike to the houses that are under reconstruction in the rural area of ward three in Bijulikot, Ramechhap (place where Medair works with the reconstruction project). The Medair technical officers visit the reconstruction places daily to give technical guidance and supervision to the skilled and unskilled masons working on the earthquake resiliant house reconstruction.
Background info: .On 25 April 2015, a 7.6 magnitude earthquake struck Nepal followed by another severe 7.3 magnitude earthquake on 12 May. In the following weeks, persistent and at times significant aftershocks and landslides continued to destroy buildings, infrastructure, and livelihoods, affecting millions of people
According to the Post Disaster Needs Analysis (PDNA) 8,790 people died, 498,852 private houses were fully destroyed and 256,697 private houses were partially damaged throughout 31 districts of which 14 districts have been identified as mostly impacted including Ramechhap district. Ramechhap is one of the most earthquake affected rural districts with 91% of the houses destroyed challenged by its geographic location and underserved by other partner organizations.
Since the beginning of 2016 Medair started the reconstruction project. This project will seek to improve the resilience and safe shelter conditions among earthquake affected households in Bijulikot Village Development Committee (VDC) in Ramechhap district. To accomplish this, Medair will provide technical and financial support for the reconstruction of 310 private houses in wards three and six of Bijulikot that have been destroyed by the Earthquakes in 2015. Additional assistance will be provided to repair and reconstruct household latrine facilities for those households to ensure improved access to sanitation. Reconstruction will take place through an owner driven approach to build back better with support of NGO partner Community Development Society. The technical and financial assistance to homeowners will be complemented through community level PASSA training, mason training, community mobilisation, and hygiene promotion. These activities will take place in all nine wards of Bijulikot Village Development Committee in Ramechhap District. Medair will coordinate this whole project through close partnership with the National Reconstruction Authority, the Chief District Officer, the local communities and local NGO partner Community Development Society.

tonight Howard and i got all dolled up, hired a babysitter, and went out to a real adult dinner with another real adult couple :) it was very nice - Christy, Brent, Howard and i went to the melting pot in g-burg. it's one of my favorite restaurants and we had a wonderful time (note to anyone eating there - the duck was excellent!)
