Whilst I was in Pembrokeshire I managed to get in one sunset which was on the first day/night, I took this from the point at Marloes, this picture doesn't do the sky justice, 'twas magical to see for real, role on next year cos if all goes well I'm back for more Puffins and sunsets! ò¿ò

Couldn't pass up this pair of leaves romantically floating along together holding stems. :) Took another very quick walk at the park before more severe weather forecast tonite.

A bushy little tree, surrounded by rocks and broken concrete, anchors an abandoned garage, with open door and broken windows, adrift in the sunlight on a wave-like desert ridge above the river.

This image is from a roll I shot last month on 127 Day, July 12th (12/7 in European date notation), in order to have a contribution for the 127 Day online exhibition on J. M. Golding's 127 Film Photography site (127film.blogspot.com/2022/08/127-day-exhibition-12th-of-j...). Lots of nice 127 images there for those who enjoy the 127 film format :-)

Camera: Houghton Ensign E29 (1924-1932, (www.flickr.com/photos/127400884@N07/45790863972/in/photol...).

Film: Kodak Verichrome Pan 127 (expired 1970), developed in Arista Liquid Developer (1+9) for 5:30 minutes @ 69 degrees, and scanned with an Epson V600 scanner. The Ensign's native film is E29, also known as Kodak 129, which hasn't been available for decades—Kodak quit making it in 1951, and Standard, the last British manufacturer, quit producing it in the mid 1970s. In size, E29/129 film is midway between 127 and 120: full image size for 127 is 4x6cm, for E29/129 it's 5x7.5, and for 120 it's 6x9. I'd thought about using 127 film in an E29, and, some time ago, stumbled upon an eBay seller in France selling spool adapters which allow using 127 film in E29 cameras. The resulting negatives are of an unusual size for 127: they have the 4cm width from the 127 film, but have the 7.5cm length from the film opening of the E29 camera. I was able to get five images from the roll, using the backing numbers from the 127 film, and exposing at numbers 1, 2-1/2, 4, 5-1/2, and 7. And Bob's your uncle :-)

further exploration of focus and textures.... I find it interesting how the shallow focus makes the hard stone surface look almost fluid.
