Und zwar schon seit 2 Jahren ! Ein bekanntes Motiv im östlichen Ruhrgebiet war bis im Frühjahr 2021 der Förderturm in Oberaden. Die Zeche „Haus Aden“ hatte ein markanten Förderturm, dem jeder sofort in Auge fiel und bei den sich die Menschen aus Bergkamen gerne gewünscht hätten, dass er dort immer noch stehen würde. Leider nein…
Trotzdem habe ich auch im Jahre 2023 die Fotostelle aufgesucht, um den „Colazug“ aus Dänemark zu fotografieren, welcher in Neumünster die SEL 181 215 vor‘m Zug bekommen hat. In den Büschen, die mittlerweile meterhoch gewachsen sind, wo eins mal die Gleise lagen für die Zustellung und Abholung der Kohlezüge für Haus Aden. Dort hatte ich mich mit meiner Leiter positioniert, um den Zug für mich verewigen können. Das Wolkenlotto habe ich auch gewinnen könnten und dennoch ein Foto in Oberaden gemacht, obwohl etwas fehlt…

One of Knoydart's dramatic peaks - Ben Aden / Beinn an Aodainn - from the Mam Unndalain pass to the north.
The water on the very left is Lochan nan Breac, and the peak in the distance beyond is Sgurr Mor. The river down to the right is the Carnach on its way to Loch Nevis.

Sichuan Aden National Nature Reserve is mainly composed of three mountains and surrounding rivers, lakes and alpine meadows, located at an elevation of 2900 meters (Gongga Estuary)-6032 meters (Xiannai Ri Peak), Xiannai Ri Peak in the north peak 6032 meters above sea level, and Yangmaiyong Peak in Nanfeng 5 meters above sea level. 958 meters, 5958 meters of Dongfeng Shanodoji Peak. As of October 2019, it is one of the most complete and primitive alpine natural ecosystems in China.

Fördergerüst Schacht 2 zwischen März und April 2021 abgerissen.
Über Schacht 2 wurde Anfang der 1960er Jahre das einfache Strebengerüst durch ein Stahlkasten-Strebengerüst ersetzt, dass 1969 durch ein spiegelbildlich baugleiches zum Doppel-Strebengerüst erweitert wurde.
Über Schacht 2 der Anlage Fürst Leopold Wulfen stand ein konstruktiv ähnliches Gerüst.

A symbol of our region is dying because local politicians have sealed the demise of Haus Aden! I keep asking myself why such unique landmarks of our region are not listed! There were citizens' initiatives against the demolition, but it was all to no avail! I hope that the responsible politicians will get their due at the next local elections. But by then it will be too late for Haus Aden! Coal brought jobs and prosperity to our region, now all memories of it are to be erased. For the sake of the miners who lost their lives there alone, this landmark should not be demolished as a memorial. Shame on you for taking away the face of our region!
The annual fireworks display at Aden Park. I was a bit to close here but glad I managed to get some of the spectators into the shot

كريتر أو مدينة كريتر هو الاسم غير الرسمي لمديرية صيرة في محافظة عدن في اليمن. يستخدم السكان في محافظة عدن صيرة وعدن وكريتر بشكل شائع للإشارة إلى نفس المديرية. بلغ عدد سكانها 76723 نسمة عام 2004[1].
كريتر تعني فوهة البركان وأطلق عليها هذا الاسم بعد الاحتلال الإنجليزي
تعتير كريتر شبة جزيرة تبلغ مساحتها حوالي (200 كم 2) تمتد كرأس صخري في مياه خليج عدن، وهي بمثابة بركان خامد مساحة امتداده في مياه خليج عدن حوالي (8.5 كم)، ويربطها بالبر برزخ رملي يعرف ببرزخ خور مكسر، وتحيط بوفهة البركان سلسلة جبلية بركانية تكونت خلال الزمن الجيولوجي الثالث مع تكون أخدود البحر الأحمر، وقد ساهمت في تشكيل تضاريس مدينة عدن وخليجها تلك سلسلة جبال شمسان المحيطة بها من جهة الشمال والغرب والجنوب الغربي،
ساعد موقع مدينة كريتر الجغرافي وما وهبتها الطبيعة من مميزات على أن جعل ميناءها أشهر وأهم الموانئ اليمنية منذ القدم، وهذا الميناء تميز بعمقه الطبيعي وتحيط به الجبال الأمر الذي سهل للبواخر والمراكب من الرسو بأمان وحجبها من الرياح.
كانت صيرة الني تقع في الخليج الامامي لمدينة كريتر هي الميناء الرئيسي ولكنه تحول بعهد الاحتلال البريطاني إلى المعلا. رغم التغييرات التي حدثت منذ استقلال اليمن الجنوبي لكن الطابع المعماري المميز للمدينة يسجل الحقبة البريطانية حيث البيوت والمقار الحكومية وتخطيط المدينة على النمط الإنجليزي.

Crater (/ˈkreɪtər/; Arabic: كريتر, [ˈkɾeːtəɾ]), also Kraytar, is a district of the 'Adan Governorate, Yemen. Its official name is Seera (Arabic: صيرة Ṣīrah). It is situated in a crater of an ancient volcano which forms the Shamsan Mountains. In 1991, the population was 70,319. As of 2003, the district had a population of 76,723 people.[1]
In the closing days of British rule in 1967, Crater District became the focus of the Aden Emergency, sometimes called the last imperial war. Against a scene of rival Arab nationalists competing for sovereignty, a British infantry battalion marched into the Crater with a pipe-band playing traditional regimental tunes, and managed to occupy the whole district overnight without a single casualty - an achievement which the top brass had declared impossible. To the British at home, now able to view military operations live from the battlefield for the first time, this made a dramatic finale to the imperial story, and the officer who led the invasion (Lt. Col. Colin Mitchell of the Argyll & Sutherland Highlanders) went down in history with the affectionate nickname Mad Mitch.

Crater's climate is dominated all year by the subtropical anticyclone, or subtropical high, with its descending air, elevated inversions and clear skies. The Köppen Climate Classification subtype for this climate is "Bwh". (Tropical and Subtropical Desert Climate).[2]
Loch Nevis in the distance and the summit of Ben Aden on the right. Sgurr na Ciche is the mountain with its head in the clouds on the left, which would make the one with most of the snow on Garbh Chioch Mhor I guess. The isle of Eigg is visible in the distance. This was part of a fabulous 5 day wild-camp trip through this amazing wilderness.
