My assignment for my internship was to recreate a photo from a magazine. The original photo is basically this but the model is very "sexy". I thought it would be fun to make this goofy.
& who better to do this then Jenna? :]
This is an other training and i had inspiration for some tecniques from a very nice site, Abduzeedo. The tutorial is about a nice way for giving at texts special space and lightfull effect and i've been experimenting around the tutorial in several different ways. This is one of the results. All the others are kept seecret because are for printing on my T-Shirts ; ) By the way, who is intrested in photoshop or other kind of tutorials, Abduzeedo is probably the realy best one I know in explaining, it sucks when it sends you to other sites, no names hehehehe, but i hardly recomend it. I think its my biggest Blythe weakness... if the girl has a pout Im pretty much doomed.
I have loved the super sad girls for some time but it makes me laugh when I realize more than half the collection looks soo Pouty lol
CH #1-27. All this stuff fits nicely into the 3-prim crayon house from VJ Eyewear (which, curiously, does not provide any eyewear gifts). My favorite rezzables in the set are from KDC Style: the sofa is pictured, and a coffeetable is also included. K's+m Shop provides an entire crayon playground, with swings, seesaw, jumping thing, and so on. The piece of fence on the left side of the picture is from that set; it might give an idea of the style of the whole playground. As for the other stuff pictured, the pillows in the foreground are from Tree House Treasures, all the rabbit things as well as the chair are from Sirens Song, the easel is from Juenos, the umbrella is the sample for the sculpt maps from Ghanie Lane, and the weathervane comes with the crayon house.
If you're new to viewing this series of pics, here's what it's all about: I'm a hunt addict, and when I unpack, I do approximately 20 at a time to see what kind of random combinations of gifts end up together. Items I unpack later replace items I unpack earlier, both on my body (as much as can fit) and on the ground (up to 50 prims rezzed at once). And I can't help throwing in some commentary.
It might not be Spring in every part of the world, but tomorrow it is officially Spring. I could not let that go by unnoticed.
Yesterday evening I was aware that the hedgehogs have awakened from their hibernation. Just before midnight I heard a sound of nibbling outside the kitchen door. A hedgehog had found its way to the leftovers of the cat kibble outside. It was a very recognizable sound and it awakened something inside of me too. Also this week the sun shone in abundance and I found these little ladybugs climbing out of their hiding places by the dozens.
Winter has officially left.
Thinking about what prompt I would give you I felt gifted by this sudden awareness of change of season. What I would like to do this week is look for subtle signs of spring. These subtle signs can be noticed by little creatures that have been awakened by the clock of spring or little sprouts emerging from the soil. Maybe there is still cold in the air, or snow on the ground, but maybe that is also accompanied by a scent that floats through the air, a scent or discovery that gives you a feeling of promise.

Also on their way to me... the dress and shoes were all less than $5 each so I couldn't resist. Then I saw the dolls and had to have them too. I'm so excited about them!
The turquoise girl will get customized and the tan girl will get customized and new hair. Maybe black?

Addiction is a big problem for young community of Iran. In many parks, you find people selling heroin as simple as selling chocolates. This park, Boustan, in Shahrak-e Gharb is one of the centers. He has just buy and use it.
Just some of my faves from the year. Good project! It was nice to go back and look at stuff I hadn't seen in a while.

Ho scattato questa foto il 27 novembre 2011 dal versante sud-ovest dell'Etna, tra monte turchio (sullo sfondo) e monte intraleo. È il versante dell'Etna che preferisco non solo per la bellezza intrinseca, ma anche perché è il meno noto e, quindi, il più incontaminato. In più di un'occasione mi è capitato di fare escursioni di un'intera giornata senza incontrare anima viva. Per me, che tendo vagamente alla misantropia, non c'è posto più bello. L'unico problema sono i cani pastore. Lì le greggi scorrazzano scortate dai soli cani. In passato ho avuto qualche disavventura con queste simpatiche bestiole, tuttavia, interpretando correttamente i messaggi inequivocabili che ti inviano quando ti avvicini al gregge - messaggi tipo: "fai un altro passo e ti sbrano!" - è possibile uscirne indenni: basta aspettare che il gregge vada via (non sta mai fermo: al massimo si aspetta per una decina di minuti) e la via torna libera.
