I'm addicted to this trail mix from Costco....Wildroots Coastal Berry Blend (cashews, almonds, cranberries, yogurt chips and wild blueberries)...I lost weight eating it...(okay only 3 pounds, but 3 pounds is 3 pounds)

Today was Pongal . It is our harvest festival. We cooked a lot of yummy food, had a big meal together and dozed off :D That made it a perfect relaxing Sunday as well :D

I've been drinking coffee religiously for the last couple weeks... and i began building a tower out of used coffee cups.
When i'm lacking in creativity, i compensate with silly facial expressions. (these outtakes were ridiculous)
this has been circulating round tumblr without me getting credit back, so i decided to upload it to flickr :)
i'm really more fussed about being given credit than the photo itself, as hundreds of photos are uploaded up to tumblr without giving credit to the original artist/photographer/blogger and it drives me mad!
One of my favourite science fiction novels is Dune, written by Frank Herbert. Dune or Arrakis is a desert planet, populated by the Fremen, who are completely adapted to a life without much water around.
Arrakis is the sole source in the universe for a drug called "Melange" or "the spice". It gives the user heightened awareness and prescience. Longterm users, among who are all Fremen, acquire blue-within-blue coloured eyes.
Because of the importance of the spice, among others to allow space travel, the planet is the target for political intrigue and wars. Combined with the unique ecology of the planet, this makes Dune a very exciting and interesting story.

More coffee, or espresso to be correct. This is on Cuba St, and I couldn't resist the crazy graffiti logo above the store - looks more like an Amsterdam coffee shop then anything to do with ground beans!
