While everyone else celebrating the arrival of their 80th anniversary classic Iron Man, I'm shooting this guy. Because he's not only one of my favorite Iron Man figs, he's also one of my favorite Marvel Legends period.

Don't get me wrong: I'll be celebrating right along with everyone else when my 80th Iron Man gets here. But whereas my Vintage Cap is getting sold the moment 80th Cap arrives, this Invincible Iron Man figure is staying put in the ol' collection.

What do you think of this version of Iron Man? Let me know in the comments.

Have fun, and happy collecting!

Picked up a few new parts for Lord Conan. New shirt and belts. He is still awaiting a few more parts, but couldn't resist a quick update to his look.

All the twinks love their Daddy, especially Tom.

So, I'm not gonna lie: I don't really need the Gamerverse Spideys, but I totally need their web effects! Well played, Hasbro.

Also, I think this is exactly what the designers had in mind when they designed the face-covering web effect.

Another salvage operation - why I had used a versatile (and cute) TBLeague seamless S44 figure as the basis for this nun doll I'm not sure, but the body and head have been reclaimed for other purposes. As a bonus, the newly revised nun looks more imposing.

Head: War Story WS015

Body: generic jointed plastic

Costume: vintage (circa 1950s) "sleepy eye" doll via eBay

I figured it was about time these two should meet. I was waiting for Eddie's new clothes to arrive but they are taking for ever.
