i took the action sampler on holiday to turkey. i took some photos. i then completely forgot about the exposed roll of film until i found it about three years later. the combination of the sampler's erratic nature and the old film made for some interesting results.

My Oshawa friend (former flickr member) Rod and I accidentally learnt about the Ontario Regiment Museum's Aquino Tank Weekend event earlier in the summer, and we made a date to check it out.

I'm not much into war stuff, but seeing the tanks and military vehicles up close was fun, and seeing them in action was even better.

Apparently the Ontario Regiment Museum has one of the largest operational military vehicle collections in the entire North America. Who knew?!

Drops of water on a translucent barstool. I put a lamp underneath and took a few shots. What is interesting is the different scales of drops, zoom in and you´ll see ... Also the air bubbles inside give an extra dimension.

The seemingly irregular surface of the drops comes from the magnification of the texture of the barstool.

Worked a little on the warm golden light.
