An upside down image that fully describes my feelings about the new museum of Acropolis. Totally dislike the building seeing it from outside. BUT then I had the chance to see it from inside. And then I visited it again... It's better to see by yourselves. Sorry no photos allowed from the interior. Maybe its better this way...
The Acropolis in Athens, Greece, was built in the 5th century BC and was undergoing some restoration work in May 2009.
The Acropolis Museum (Greek: Μουσείο Ακρόπολης, Mouseio Akropolis) is an archaeological museum focused on the findings of the archaeological site of the Acropolis of Athens. The museum was built to house every artifact found on the rock and on its feet, from the Greek Bronze Age to Roman and Byzantine Greece.
