Slow shutter speed along with some slight up movement of the camera, gives this image an abstract, painted effect.
A very interesting building! I like the shape and the windows in it. A bit abstract, I like it!

I learned this technique in an online photography class. Start with a shot of smoke rising from an incense stick, then flip/rotate multiple time in Photoshop. Add a color gradient. Some very cool images result. And no two are the same!
