To avoid confusion with some group invitations, all of my images are created from blank. Any image from a photo is clearly marked as such.
More architectural abstracts from a recent vacation to New Mexico. This is an office complex in Albuquerque. The sky is SO clear and blue out there, it makes these kinds of images exciting to take. And it is, in my opinion, just about the ONLY kind of image that looks best in the harsh midday sun with no clouds in the sky. I was like a kid in a candy store when we had such clear weather the day after we got there.

Becoming mild past.
Crossing the outer wall without scratching me.
Being happy knowing what to your you are it.

♫♫♪♫♪ W.A.S.P.: Forever Free ♫♫♪♫♪
I ride all alone and can't see
The road to nowhere anymore
And shadows whispers are calling me
To forbidden forests by the shore
And there she fell, deep in the night
One breath away from heaven's light
And she said - don't cry for me, I'm leaving you
The wind cries her name in the breeze
But I can't hold her anymore
Some fallen angel had come to me
And fell to heavy on my soul
And stole from me the love that I heard
Lords of time say never die
And said - don't cry for me, cause I'll be
Riding the wind forever free
High in the wind forever free
I'll ride the wind forever free
High in the wind forever free
Forever free
Forever in my hearts a fire, a fire burning
I wake up nights and hear her crying, crying my name
Riding the wind forever free
High in the wind forever free
I ride the wind forever free
High in the wind forever free
Forever free
Number 43 in the 111 pictures in 2011 Group is "Numbers", so raided one of my daughter's abstract art pictures and pasted in 37 photos, featuring the numbers 1 to 37 using the "difference" blend in Photoshop which produces quite surprising results - stopped at "37" because it was getting too crowded and also 37 is a prime factor of 111.
My exploration of familiar areas has generated a new approach/new subject for me. The graphical approach becomes a step away from reality leading into an abstract result. Early days yet though.
Colorful reflections create interesting abstract patterns in the crystal-clear waters of New Zealand rivers.
