Chakrasana (Sanskrit: चक्रासन IAST: Cakrāsana, Wheel Pose) or Urdhva Dhanurasana (Sanskrit: ऊर्ध्वधनुरासन; IAST: Ūrdhvadhanurāsana, "Upward-Facing Bow Pose") is an asana in yoga as exercise. It is a backbend and is the first pose of the finishing sequence in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. It gives great flexibility to the spine. In acrobatics and gymnastics, this body position is called a bridge.
In the general form of the asana, the practitioner has hands and feet on the floor, and the abdomen arches up toward the sky. It may be entered from a supine position or through a less rigorous supine backbend, such as Setu Bandha Sarvangasana (Bridge Pose). Some advanced practitioners can move into Wheel Pose by "dropping back" from Tadasana (Mountain Pose), or by standing with the back to a wall, reaching arms overhead, and walking hands down the wall toward the floor.
Advanced practitioners may also follow wheel with any of its variations (listed below), or with other backbends, such as Dwi Pada Viparita Dandasana, or by pushing back up to stand in Tadasana.

Vashistha Cave or Vashistha Gufa is an ancient cave where Sage Vashistha and his wife meditated for hundreds of years.
The Vashishta Gufa situated in the middle of Gular trees and the sacred River Ganga is a perfect place for peace of mind and positive spiritual energy.
CHAPTER ONE- SHATKARMA.
Shatkarma is a set of 6 preparatory practices used by ancient yogis to purify the body internally, thus preparing them for higher practices of asana & pranayama.
The term Shatkarma is originally taken from the Sanskrit language, which has 2 root words: Shat & Karma.
Shat means “Six” & karma here is referred to as “Action performed to achieve some desired results“.
Shatkarma is also called Shat Kriya as it’s the Hindi translation of the term Shatkarma (Karma = Kriya).
1. Neti = cleansing of nose and the upper breathing organs
-Jala Neti, pouring salt water through one nostril in and the water runs out from the other nostril.
-Sutra Neti, a rubber string that is slowly pushed through nostril to the oral cavity.
2. Dhauti = cleansing of throat and stomach.
-Vaman, drinking 2 liters of saltwater and causing puke reflex and emptying the stomach.
-Dan Dhauti, the rest of the saltwater that is left in the stomach removes by a rubber tube.
-Vastra Dhauti, swallowing long piece of the cotton rack to clean up the very last of the saltwater and mucus from the stomach.
3. Nauli
Yogi learns to control with lift and rotation of the M. Rectus Abdominis to strengthen and massage the inner organs.
4. Basti
Cleansing of Rectum and Colon through water that is lead in through anus, much like water enema.
5. Kapalabhati
Kapalabhati is often inserted to Pranayama practice as a part of the practice. It’s a series of pumping motions done with the lower belly and between pumping the tummy should be totally relaxed. The air that forcefully flows out through the nostrils stimulates the frontal lobe, brain and pelvic floor. Inhalation comes automatically between each pumping.
6. Trataka
Cleansing eyes and the optical nerve by focusing the gaze towards a candle flame until the eyes tear up, then you close the eyes and try to still se the image of the flame as long as possible. When the image fades away, lay down for a coupé of minutes. Trataka is also to purify the subconscious mind.
