Aaron is a rapper, originally from Nottingham. He was waiting for his phone to be repaired, standing outside a Covent Garden phone shop, smoking a cigarette. I hadn't taken a stranger portrait for a while so Aaron, being friendly, completely up for the project, was the perfect subject to go with.
Moved to a doorway for the background, had Aaron hold the reflector, took 6 shots.

I tried to paint a picture of Aaron I like the hat and eyes but the nose and mouth gave me problems.

Plattsmouth, Nebraska. Like so many small businesses these days, this photo is one of the last to be taken, due to impending closure. Sad really.....great book store.

The vehicle is made from three parts:
1) A wide tank thread base with a high tower in the middle.
2) A combined missile launcher and propulsion system.
3) A sleek one-manned self-propelled escape shuttle and control module.
I've uploaded further photos showing the different combinations.

I recently bought the set 70320: Aaron Fox's Aero-Striker V2, which I in particularly liked due to it's overall crossbow design and it's smart use of the "castle corner wall" pieces for the engine intakes.
However I quickly grew tired of looking at it and thus I decided to take what I liked from it and build something new on my own.
As I worked on my model I was happy to find myself incorporating the tracks I had kept from the 9457: Fangpyre Wrecking Ball set. Furthermore I managed to squeeze in four more of the castle wall pieces in what I suppose is inspired by the tower from the 70322: Axl's Tower Carrier set.
As always I appreciate your comments and feedback, as I would like to know what you think I've done right and what I could have been done better :-)

This location opened in 2014; it was originally part of a Heilig-Meyers Furniture, which was built and opened in 1973. It became The RoomStore in February 2001, then became Furniture & More on June 1st, 2002, which closed in 2008. This portion was temporarily occupied by an Advance Auto Parts from November 2011 to sometime in 2012, after this store was damaged.
I thought Aaron may have gotten the idea for this taatoo from the quote from Thomas Sydenham (17th Century Physician): "They love without measure those they will soon hate without reason."; but when I asked Aaron he said, "Or ... it could come from the gospel of John ... lol. Two choices in life ... Get hurt and hate everyone that bumps the hurt orlove people regardless of what they do."

so this is my friend aaron. He's goofy. We met up today at his house to do some shots, not really knowing that we'd actually end up shooting in his driveway haha. but anyways.. i had a bunch of... unique photos from this shoot.
This is INCREDIBLY close to the style i want to be at. This is also probably one of my favorite shots in a while.
i will post a before and after if anyone wants it..
and what the heck, if anybody wants how i edited this, i'll tell you that too!

This was Aaron on the downward trek in Galena, Illinois. We had already came down one set and had three more to go before hitting main street (at river bank level - Galena has a flood wall - levee built around it to protect from flooding from the Mississippi River).

THE STORY :
Aaron was a boy who never forgave anyone. When someone would do something to make him mad he would write it down and remember it forever. Aaron noticed that as the years went on and as the hatred grew inside of him the more and more his outter Appearance would reflect his inner heart and mind. The people in his town started to call him "aaron acid" and he finally ran away and joined the circus freak show where he still is changing and turning more and more into a monster.
