i've already posted my two for roid week today, but wanted to keep this one with them, they were the last ones taken at my old house on Furlong Road -- it was a wonderful place to live for 18 months, but also glad to have moved on now!

I wasn't sure about ATZ at first.... I bought 5 packs when it first came out, shot 3 of them, and couldn't find a use for the other two.... until I started thinking about Roid Week, and how I wanted to do something different this time. So I picked up one of those packs, and couldn't believe the colours that came out of it. I've since shot a financially-crippling amount of it; it's a bit hit-and-miss, there's not as much colour consistency as I'd like, but when it's nice - good lord, it's nice....

A gorgeous Spring rain shower engulfing Paris. Taken from the top of the Eiffel Tower just last week. It was dreadfully cold, and so windy I was sure the Polaroid would blow away once it ejected from the camera!

 

This ATZ film is just magic....

the great pumpkin pursuit race on sunday had over 200 boats registered -- to chase each other around alcatraz and angel islands -- which means a LOT of boats milling around at the start... under some beautifully wispy clouds

Selten ist der Arbeitstriebwagen (ATw) 19 außerhalb des Betriebshofs anzutreffen.

Ein Grund mehr, ihm heute Morgen im Rahmen einer kleinen privat organisierten Fotofahrt etwas Auslauf zu verschaffen.

Und so startete die kurze Ausfahrt vom ATw 19 mit der Turmlore im Schlepp gegen 08:25 Uhr vom Betriebshof mit einem kurzen Fotohalt in der Rudolf-Breidscheid-Straße kurz vor der S-Kurve an der alten Fleischerei. Hier entstanden einige Einstellungen mit der St.-Michael-Kirche im Hintergrund …

Hiernach ging es noch kurz zur Schleuse, jedoch war dort aufgrund der tiefstehenden Sonne noch alles verschattet. Somit kehrten wir unverzüglich zum Thälmannplatz zurück und der „Spuk“ war um 09:41 Uhr mit dem nächsten Tourenwagen zur Schleuse beendet.

Der ATw 19 ist ein Rekowagen aus dem Raw Berlin-Schöneweide, der 1998 von der BVG übernommen wurde.
