I went to see the Nakaji Yasui exhibition. In the middle of the exhibition, something like the slogan of the photography club to which Yasui belonged was displayed on the glass. Those were words that sound rather bitter to me.
One of them says ''It is essential to be patient and forbearing even if you are bad at photography.''
兵庫県立美術館で開催された安井仲治展を二度見に行った．展示の途中,ガラスに，安井が所属した写真倶楽部のスローガンのようなものが掲げられていた．耳が痛い言葉が並んでいた．
Nakaji Yasui (1903-1942) played a substantial role in the history of Japanese photography. You can see some of his works in the site.

The dampness is palpable as outbound 955, destination Deux-Montagnes, rolls into the station at Ste-Dorothée.
A short time later, under intensifying rain, inbound 954 speeds across the Boulevard Toupin crossing with the abandoned Doney Spur - itself a victim of the REM project - seen to the left.
December 31, 2020 was a melancholy day for railfans in Quebec - the final day of service on Exo's Deux-Montagnes line before its planned shutdown for the REM conversion. Several excellent and poignant photo essays have already been posted by others, so without further preamble, here's a small collection of what I shot on that final day.
With a good number of railfans on board, 948 - the 14:22 departure from Deux-Montagnes towards Bois-Franc, where the trains were terminating - has just departed from the station and is about to cross Rue Henri-Durant.

Mr.Ando is called "fighting architect". Fighting for costomer, for concrete.
March 26, 2020 was supposedly the second-to-last day of operation for the Deux-Montagnes line between Central Station and Bois-Franc, to begin the reconstruction of the Mount Royal tunnel for the future REM project (which I'm still far from being sold on.) As it happens, the date ended up getting pushed back due to the pandemic. It was a rainy afternoon, and here outbound 949 is passing the searchlights guarding the O'brien crossovers while traversing the street of the same name.

Pour changer des photos des cars Zou ! & LeCar du samedi, cette fois-ci, je vous propose une photo d'un bus d'une association, qui est la première d'une bonne série d'une dizaines de prises, cette association n'est autre que la CPPVA, qui, au début du mois d'avril 2022, a organisée avec l'ARTM, une sortie dans la Cité Phocéenne en passant par des coins biens connus des habitants de Marseille et touristes, que ça soit le Mucem, La Bonne Mère (Notre Dame de la Garde), le fameux quartier d'Endoume ou encore le Vieux Port.
Pour illustrer ces propos ci dessus, retrouvons nous pour cette première photo comme citée plus haut, au Boulevard Jacques Saade, où le magnifique et petit GX77H N°275, qui est le seul GX77H de Marseille a arborer la livrée de la Bonne Mère, était immortalisé sous un soleil de sud pour la première en circulation sur fond de la belle Cathédrale de la Major, alors que le GX77H tout rutilant, se dirigeait à petites roues vers le Mucem, afin de récupérer les adhérents dont moi, afin de pouvoir partir faire la balade dans les quartiers sud de la Cité Phocéenne tout au long de cet après midi riche en photos, qui seront post au fil du temps.
Ancien dépôt d'attache : Dépôt RTM Saint Pierre.
Bus appartenant au CPPVA : Conservatoire Provençal du Patrimoine de Véhicules Anciens.
Ce bus circulait auparavant uniquement sur la fameuse ligne 60, d'où sa belle livrée unique qui a été fait par des lycéens professionnels du lycée Frédéric Mistral, afin de mettre en pratique, leurs connaissances sur un véhicule, et le GX77H fût désigné comme cobaye !

Meet Loni Sugarplume, a sweet and sassy Southern Belle, who comes from a 4th generation Blythe family. Here she is pictured in her secret garden, located in Savannah, where flowers sing melodies and bunny bugs, fly around. It's definately a magical place where Loni and her friends go to find enchantment, not to mention the delightful tea parties she hosts every Sunday.
Loni and her doll are from my own 2 Blythe dolls!
un buen parche en el edificio abandonado por los lados de calazans si no me equivoco, saludos y gracias a los chicos que nos invitaron a parchar y tambien a los que nos acompañaron a pintar y a parlar, se vio mucha moral, buenas ideas, ganas y sobretodo mucho amor a esto que nos vuelve locos.
pintada rapida pero sabrosa, ojala se repitan estos parches! :D

Voici le PR100 MI de l'association ARTM de Marseille, il sert d'autobus musée comme navette pour emmener les quartiers défavorisés au MuCEM pour l'accès à la culture.
Il circule tout les dimanches depuis fin mai 2021.
On le voit ici aux abords du MuCEM avec la Cathédrale la Major en arrière plan.

Berthe Morisot, Bourges 1841 - Paris 1895

Berthe Morisot was probably the greatest female artist in the Impressionist movement and showed in all but one of the Impressionist exhibitions. This painting represents her daughter Julie (who also appears in Renoir's "Flowered Hat"), who became her favorite subject in the last two decades of her life.
Julie appears in the garden of Morisot's winter home near Nice in the south of France. The setting is an exotic one with over-arching orange trees and Julie's pet green parrot in a birdcage to the left. As a well-off bourgeois woman (and therefore subject to rules of suitable public behavior), Morisot was unable to travel around Paris without an escort and, as a result, focused largely on domestic scenes.

Northbound 955 has just pulled into platform 2 via the siding at Deux-Montagnes, while 960 sits at platform 1 on the main track waiting for its 17:07 departure for Bois-Franc.
A short time later, a southbound deadhead move passes the station at Ste-Dorothée and the searchlights guarding the south switch to the Des Prairies siding.
