London's East End (Brick Lane through to Clerkenwell) has become an open air art gallery with many world class graffiti artists making it their global center of Excellence.
Many of 'Banksy's work can be found in the side roads.

My newest piece of art which I picked up over the weekend at the Ann Arbor Art Fair. It has no title. I picked up a print which is disappointingly cropped from the original illustration; the artist, Becki ( myspace.com/art_of_o ), needed the original for an upcoming art show, and hell I didn't have the cash to drop for the original in the first place.

Wo einstmals Löwenzahn und Giersch das Auge freuten,
und sogar Rosensträucher blühten jedes Jahr,
da liegt Geröll und Kalksteinschüttung heute
und der Naturfreund findet's sonderbar.
Zernagte Pfähle staken in die Höhe,
sie sind Symbol für vertikale Kraft.
Wenn ich vor solchen Symbolismen stehe,
frag' ich mich, wer hat das erschafft?
Zum Glück bricht durch die kalten Steine
so nach und nach ein gutes Grün heraus.
Das spendet Trost mir, und ich meine,
es läuft auf Sieg für die Natur hinaus.
