I just started archiving my MAD Magazine art. 26 years worth! (The first 5 years I worked there MAD kept the original art). The work has been stored in no particular order. I'm finding drawings that I haven't seen in years and basically completely forgot. It is a bit overwhelming! This is just the tip of the iceberg!!
Imagine my excitement discovering three boxes of Ektachrome and Kodachrome slides in my Father-in-Law's garage last month. The heat of the Mojave Desert was not kind to the Ektachromes (including this image): they suffered moderate to major color shift. The Kodachromes fared considerably better. That would appear to be a 1966 Lincoln Continental. The Drewry Photocolor process date is Dec 67. Not sure where this was taken.
Anacamptis morio 2014, Antanges, VD, Switzerland. One of our first orchids. I am really looking forward!
