In his imagination, Jimmy is zipping and dashing through deep snow in the Great White North chasing elusive prey. In reality, his big adventure is taking place in about 3 inches of snow and about 20 feet from the front door.

You’ll need to look in the comments below to see the animation although I’m not sure you will see it if you are viewing this in the app. It is made from from 7 still images and created in photoshop. Thanks Stu for all the information.

Today's image was taken this afternoon in the village of Charlecote In Warwickshire, between Wellesbourne and Stratford on Avon. The view is of Charlecote Park country house. This Grade I listed home was built during the 16th Century. It was built by Sir Thomas Lucy on land that overlooked the River Avon. The Lucy family have held the land that this country house was built on since the mid 13th century. Generations of the Lucy family have made there mark on the house, the surrounding grounds and parkland. The house and grounds are managed by the National Trust. Although it is still the family home of the Lucy family with a good portion of the house being private. The house and grounds are really quite large, I am hoping to go back there in a couple of weeks to see inside.

The photo was taken using the Panorama feature of the iPhone Camera app on my iPhone 6.

First I used the app Snapseed to edit the picture. I cropped and straightened the image. I then applied the Tonal Contrast preset. I also boosted the Ambiance and Sharpness a little, as well as increasing the Brightness and Saturation of the house. Next I used the app Brushstroke to apply the Simple S1 painterly preset. Finally I used PhotoToaster to add the Recover Highlights preset, the Vibrant FX. I then added the Canvas texture and the Charcoal frame.

Camera MX bietet Ihnen folgende Vorteile:

1. Rüsten Sie auch ältere Android-Geräte nach

Kikko Park is also home to a sanctuary for white snakes. These snakes are found only in Iwakuni, and have been designated as special national treasures by the Japanese government. The white snake is a symbol of Benten, the Japanese goddess of wealth. The white snake is considered a sign of good luck in Japan. Many people come to pray to the snakes so that they might be successful in their businesses.

Imazu White Snake Museum

In Japanese folklore, It is said that if a white snake is found in your home it will bring good fortune. The white snakes found in Iwakuni are usually the albino variety of the Japanese Rat Snake. They are gentle ivory white snakes with ruby colored eyes which can only be found in concentration at Iwakuni. There is a viewing facility near Kikko Park.

Sunset at Ballintoy beach using iPhone 13 Pro and Halide app

Many moons ago, when we ran our B&B in Co. Cork, we would replace the guest towels & flannels on a regular basis. The worn towels were relegated to family use & we would buy new ones (in a different colour) for our guests. These tattered towels eventually became dog drying & floor mopping towels, before finally being dispatched to towel heaven. The multitude of faded flannels became window cleaning & mopping up cloths.

This is the final faded flannel from my former life. It must be 12 or 13 years old (we've been in Co. Wexford for 6 years). My guess is it's been washed over 1000 times & sadly it's reaching the end of it's useful life; tattered & torn, full of holes, but part of me wants to keep it for as long as possible. For SSC theme "holes". Unfortunately my tweaking has lost the bulk of the EXIF data, but this is a Hipstamatic app shot taken yesterday.

Bonus points if you can guess which country the hole looks like 😀

Flickr has updated their app, so now I can upload directly from my iPhone 5. This was taken this morning, the hoar frost was amazing!

First attempt to make a Kite Aerial Panorama with the Ricoh Theta S.

The interval mode only works within the Wifi range of the Iphone App so I had to attach the Iphone on the kite line.

The ride was a bit bumpy to get a straight horizon, need to work on the stability.
