Taken with my Olympus mirrorless camera in Havana, Cuba in April, 2016. Processed with Snapseed and Enlight apps.

This time I did not use the in device mirror mode from the smartphone (ZTE Axon 30 Ultra) as this only works with JPEG

For this image I used a image in RAW/DNG from the ultrawideangel that was developed in Lightroom and mirrored in Photoshop

This allows better results (colors and white balance) than taking the in smartphone JPEGs from the stock camera app that offers the mirror mode for still images and video

I used my iPhone6 for the underlying wall photo, and processed with Prisma, distressedfx, matter app.

Made from my own shots in older gen apps.

Can click for texture if you like.

The Crazy Tuesday theme is “made of plastic”. This is actually a set of plastic Christmas lights- a necklace.

And this picture happened bc a Flickr/FB bud recommended an app called touch/retouch, which allows the user to clone out things. Thank you, @jim miller

That is what my Sunset App said about the night I captured this last week (Overcast-Forget it giving it a score of 1).

The evening sky produced these golden yellows and that changed over a half hour or so.

I feel so at peace at this place. Of course I have written about the approaching development that will soon swallow this up. I am standing on a dirt road here, just outside the fence of the property but behind me are cyclone fences and half built houses.

I don't know how long I have to enjoy this landscape, maybe a few years. I can't bring myself to look at the future plans.

Still, I'll keep popping out, regardless of what my Sunset App says just in case something special happens-like I felt it did on this night.

This looks really over saturated on my phone but not at all on my computer. Hope it doesn’t translate like that to others 😀 I don’t have good calibration with any of my screens.

I am particularly prou do fthis one. Its actually 20 20 second shots stacked using the Starry Landscape app and finished off in Photoshop. There are four additional dark frames to counter some of the noise. The arch is illuminated with a LumeCube.

I had this shot stuck in my head for months.

Done on my tablet in Pixlr.

A shot of a friend of mine and my hubby, in a hospital corridor, heavily fx'ed with Pixlr app. We had been to eat out at our fave seafood restaurant. We stopped by the Medi-clinic to bring my oldest daughter something nice to eat. She was in for observation before giving birth to her sons, my twin grandbabies:-) A happy memory, this:-))

This isn't on but a normal digital one of Portencross Pier, but edited lots out similar to Gary Gough on his youtube channel to make a "Fine Art" version....

Also, this was 8 photos one after the other using the Sony Smooth App in the camera which combined them into 1 Raw file...

Located not too far away from me is this nice historic mill. Sits on Whiteman's Creek. I know, a verynot so good name in todays culture. HDR image brings out the colours.

I actually prefer the original colours, which are blue and grey on a white background, but i wanted to introduce more colour and texture for the contest. I expect i will do something with the image in the original colours too, sometime.

Apps: Snapseed, Formulas, RipPix

Edited in Prisma app with Thota Vaikuntam for Sliders Sunday. Bayside, Queens, NYC — February 4, 2023

My original photo was a spontaneous handheld iPhone shot. I think I did a pretty good job of holding still through the long exposure, but not good enough to capture the details of the clouds and halo around the almost-full moon. The iPhone night mode comes out too light, and the colors get saturated when the exposure is toned down. Still, i liked the Van Gogh-like colors of the sky. Finally, I thought this would be a good subject for the Prisma AI app, and was pleased to see what several did with moon and sky. This was my favorite. Perfect for Sliders Sunday.

No just one bee on 2 different flowers, I then used double exposure from one of my Apps.

Jealous

I'm jealous of the rain

That falls upon your skin

It's closer than my hands have been

I'm jealous of the rain

I'm jealous of the wind

That ripples through your clothes

It's closer than your shadow

Oh, I'm jealous of the wind

'Cause I wished you the best of

All this world could give

And I told you when you left me

There's nothing to forgive

But I always thought you'd come back, tell me all you found was

Heartbreak and misery

It's hard for me to say, I'm jealous of the way

You're happy without me

I'm jealous of the nights

That I don't spend with you

I'm wondering who you lay next to

Oh, I'm jealous of the nights

I'm jealous of the love

Love that was in here

Gone for someone else to share

Oh, I'm jealous of the love

'Cause I wished you the best of

All this world could give

And I told you when you left me

There's nothing to forgive

But I always thought you'd come back, tell me all you found was

Heartbreak and misery

It's hard for me to say, I'm jealous of the way

You're happy without me

As I sink in the sand

Watch you slip through my hands

Oh, as I die here another day, yeah

'Cause all I do is cry behind this smile

I wished you the best of

All this world could give

And I told you when you left me

There's nothing to forgive

But I always thought you'd come back, tell me all you found was

Heartbreak and misery

It's hard for me to say, I'm jealous of the way

You're happy without me

I-I-It's hard for me to say, I'm jealous of the way

You're happy without me

This is a boat wreck in a bay at Bunbeg, Donegal, Ireland. Image was taken with an iPhone 13 Pro using Even Longer app and K&F tripod. Exposure was 1min as it was a typical dull Irish day and I wanted to get the movement of the cloud for the image

My trusty sunrise app was up to its usual form today with the suggestion that I would be best to just stay in bed. Which I would gladly have done - except our neighbours had their incredibly noisy A/C unit running from about 3am. So it was either go insane or get up. So I stumbled across the road camera in hand. There wasn't a great deal to work with composition wise, but with a sky like this it didn't seem to matter to much.

(This A/C situation has been going on for about a week now. I finally complained to management this morning and they have just informed me that the residents had no idea it was happening. The unit has been inadvertently programmed to come on between 3 & 5 am).

Anyway, I don't care what the app says about tomorrow morning, I'm not getting up!!

Just a simple candid street style Snap captured at London UK using the Hipstamatic App of a guy with his Guitar & Harmonica doing a bit of street playing.

Apps: Snapseed, Photoshop, Pixelmator, Photos (iPad Pro)

So many apps used although I was trying for a photo with minimal post-processing. I used Snapseed to add vignetting and some selective edits. Photoshop to reduce noise. Pixelmator to combine 2 versions. Photos to adjust lighting and crop.
